They did an amazing job on my AC. We called couple of reputed companies since the upstairs ac was not cooling, and they all wanted to sell us a whole new unit without actually spending time on diagnosis. Sean and his team showed up and did a thorough diagnosis and it ended up being a faulty filter drier and some refrigerant. That's all needed to be taken care of and the unit is working like a champ. They also installed an easy start kit on my other unit which helps the compressors last longer and work easier with the generator, Definitely needed in Texas.

The quality of the service was exceptional. I was very impressed by the attention to details . I’m so glad I called Top Texas Choice to replace an old HVAC unit. They took the measurements and next thing I know a new AC unit was installed in about 5 hours which it was hard to believe. They made sure the unit was working properly and I really appreciated the call I received a couple of days later to make sure everything was working properly and all my questions were answered.

We recently contacted Top Texas Choice for our A.C. unit & we certainly were beyond impressed by the exceptional services we received from them. Their customer service is second to none!!! Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled & knowledgeable. Their efficiency & punctuality are truly a hallmark of their service. Not only the kind gentleman arrived on time but he also was able to fix our thermostat beautifully- and let me tell you about our thermostat, it's a smart thermostat & extremely challenging to just replace/repair it the cost can run well over $800 for a new thermostat.It requires a very skillful & a patient person to configure it carefully. Their pricing is most definitely transparent. I've noticed the integrity from the moment I placed the call to them. Surely they're the best in the town!!! :-)
