Finally!!! An A/C company that is honest and does not try to up-charge, upsell, or con customers into purchasing overpriced products and services. Our advisor came and gave us an honest and upfront estimate. No pressure sales tactics.

Brian came to ensure my heater was working properly with the recent cold we've been having and I could not be happier. He was on time, always let me know he was coming, and completed the work he promised. Great communication and great company.

Great job by Atlas AC Repair. The first company I called wanted to replace my furnace and compressor for $12,000. Said they were both beyond repair. Called Atlas for a second opinion and they were able to repair both units for 20% of the price. Joaquim was the HVAC specialist who repaired my system and did a great job. Atlas and Joaquim were efficient and honest on what I needed to get the job completed. I'm really happy with the results.

Junior and Oscar really worked hard to make sure the installation is done correctly. Even they had to go get materials for plenum because their staff may have not provided them with. 3.5 ton HVAC with gas furnace replacement too about 5 hours.

Pete kept in great communication with me on estimates questions and sub items. The price was very reasonable compared to other local companies.

I highly recommend Atlas, and would use them again. Hope AC Atlas open Houston office soon because technicians had to drive from Dallas for installation day and they came late due to road closures.

As always great service by Atlas AC. Their new hub manager Mokhles just checked up on my recent AC installation and guided me thru how to stay prepared as the summer weather approaches. This is the customer service needed to make life long customer! Thank you Atlas and thank you Mokhles.

The entire process from speaking with Pete, to Melanie with the install team and Junior doing the install was amazing! It was pain free and transparent with no “bait and switches” or surprises to add any extra costs.

The only hiccup was one of pieces was damaged upon arrival from the warehouse. Junior was actually more upset than us when we saw it but he assured us he’d get a replacement. Atlas set us up with 2 window units for 2 days before the new piece of equipment could be picked up and installed.
Junior and his team worked until the install was perfect. His dedication was outstanding.

I will be using Atlas Ac Repair for any and all future HVAC projects and I’m highly recommending them to friends and family.

Atlas AC Repair came to my house to do a site survey. I had a great first experience with them. They explained everything I needed and gave me a straight answer on the price to replace my AC. Best of all, NO high pressure selling.
UPDATE: Junior and Oscar came in today to replace my AC. They did an excellent flawless job. I am happy. Most importantly, my wife is happy.

I messaged Atlas late Sunday because our AC is not working which is unbearable in the hot weather here in Texas. The next day, Monday morning, i received a message from Atlas that they will send a technician. On same day around noontime, their technician named Joe was on our front door. He did a thorough site survey of our hvac for almost 2 hours. He did the reports about his findings and informed me that someone from Atlas will call me about the findings and the price for the replacement.

Update: Today, July 3, the technician Matthew and his team came to our house early in the morning and worked for our AC the whole day until around 8:30ish in the evening. Our ac is working now and the system outside is more quiet now. We will still monitor how it is going in the coming days. I would recommend them.

Today, Joaquim from Atlas AC came by to perform a check-up on my new system, and everything went great. He took his time to inspect all components thoroughly and was both knowledgeable and courteous throughout the visit. Atlas AC is, without a doubt, the best AC company I've worked with so far—they're transparent about pricing, extremely helpful, and highly skilled.

Junior is awesome. Clean install, great working system, & great service.

Genesis, Kenneth, & Pete were very professional, and their quote is less than 1/2 of what another HVAC Contractor quoted me (…for a budget brand, compared to the Carrier system Atlas installs). They’re very transparent, and patient w/ questions etc. Glad I found Atlas!

Joe and Irvin changed out my condenser today. Took a little longer than they planned but the good news is the unit is running correctly. Both of these guys were very friendly and kept me informed of the work progress. As for the company, they gave me a quick and accurate estimate and scheduled my installation fast. These guys and the company are great and they will have my business again in the future!

Excellent work! They showed up when they said they would. They did exactly what I needed, without trying to upsell me to a new unit. They worked diligently until the job was done. Followup - Joaquim came to check today on the above install as well as check on an issue we had with our other unit. He was polite and answered our questions.

This review will sound just like my other reviews of Atlas AC. I had scheduled my Spring AC Checkup for next month, but a few days ago, my AC system wouldn't start properly. I got it to work after checking the flat valves for the AC drain and called Atlas ac the next day. They moved up my Spring AC Checkup for the next day. As with my other interactions with Atlas AC employees, Brian arrived on time and provided courteous, professional service. He quickly restored proper AC system operation, and tuned my AC for the coming AC session. Once again, Brian and Atlas AC provided excellent, professional service and I remain a satisfied customer.

Joe arrived on time for the appointment. He is really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He gave me great advice before choosing the best system for our needs. He took pictures and measurements to send a complete report for company review. Again he is very professional and we have faith in his judgment. Thank you very much Robert and Martha Haney.

Bryce came Aug 17th & was really surprised that he showed up here because I saw him 2 days before in a YouTube video. He came with his team to install the inside & outside unit. Took almost the whole day but everybody was really nice, efficient & knowledgeable of what they were doing. They did a great job & we are very happy to recommend anyone to your company. I have been looking to get a new HVAC system (furnace, coil, and condenser). I’ve had multiple people come out to give me quotes, and the biggest difference between Nicholas from Atlas AC and all the other guys is that I don’t feel like I’m being pushed and pressured into buying a new system. He spent a significant amount of time properly measuring the ductwork to properly size them according to the tonnage of the AC unit I’m interested in, as well as taking a look at what could be reused as replacing all parts of the system may not be necessary. He was very professional and personable and was able to give me educated suggestions based off of what he saw. I am in the process of comparing all my quotes and will decide who to go with soon. I will update my review later. Regardless of if I go with Atlas AC or not, I had a very good experience with their technician that came out and they are very transparent with their pricing.

Mo, after his thorough evaluation, presented a very clear plan for updating our AC system and ducts. He and his team, Fredi and Esteban, did a very neat and timely repair with great attitudes. Very pleased with their work and pricing!

Cedric, Esteban, and everyone at Atlas AC were very helpful and professional while installing my new Carrier Infinity system. Their advice and support was beneficial, and will help me get the most out of the upgraded units. They are a welcome addition to the Houston market.

Brian came out to inspect my HVAC system to finalize an estimate for a replacement system. He was very thorough and professional, taking pictures of my current unit both inside and outside, and he answered all my questions. I appreciate the time he took very much!

This is for a Houston Install. Atlas does not yet have an office in Houston, but has started doing work there.

I had Atlas replace a 21-year old 5 ton AC and gas furnace. The unit was still working, but I was concerned there was an increasing probability that it would fail, probably mid summer.

Israel came out from the San Antonio office and spent over an hour making the estimate and making sure he understood what I wanted. Atlas gave me a competitive cost for a Carrier that was actually lower than the cost shown on their website.

Installation was somewhat complicated by a slab for the condenser that had to be leveled, and took about 12 hours. Israel did a great job, and a very nice install. All the work we discussed was performed. I'm an engineer in the construction business, so I'm used to dealing with contractors and can recognize good work.

All throughout the estimate, installation, and follow-up, Atlas kept in good communication with me and followed through on their commitments.

I highly recommend Atlas, and would use them again!

I recently had a Carrier 2.5-ton AC system installed and was thoroughly impressed by the entire process. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Sales Associate Pete, Hub Manager Moe, and installers Freddi and Escobar were all exceptional. Before the installation, the Sales Associate thoroughly explained his recommendations before and then after the initial physicial inspection of my property. at the installation, the installers clearly explained their plan and made sure all my questions were answered. After the work was completed, they took the time to walk me through the system, pointing out the major components, setting up and training me on my new Ecobee thermostate and addressing all other questions that I had about my new system.

They maintained a clean work area throughout the job, and I truly appreciated their care and respect for my home. The pricing was competitive, the timing was prompt, and the workmanship was top-notch.

I highly recommend this company. The Houston crew led by Moe demonstrated outstanding service and that they clearly take pride in their work.
