Was able to book a quick Altas service appt to investigate metal vibration noise located in the fan area of outside unit. Service rep arrived on time, was polite, and resolved the issue during the visit

I contacted them about a new unit twice with the specs and they never followed up.

Follow up: i received a text from pete on aug 12 from a number ending in 8309 on aug 12 telling me they were trying to “move things around so they could get to me” That was the last text or call i received. Please don’t lie to people, i have the proof on my phone and i had to make other arrangements. You are stuck with the one star review like i was stuck having to call another AC company.

Rey and his team were extremely friendly. I’m not an AC guy so I don’t really know but they seem very knowledgeable and hopefully did a great job.

Sept. 30 2024. Nick was assigned to give me a quote. He came to the house and was very professional. He listened and answered all of my questions and was never "sales pushy". Nick is an actual tech, not just a salesmen, he's knowledgeable and personable.

Matthew and his crew came out and installed carrier performance series 3 ton system. They were on time, respectful and provided protection for all interior spaces as they moved equipment. The system is cooling very well so far.

As it starts to heat up we decide to use the AC, but it when turned via thermostat it would not come on. I reach out or trusted HVAC company Atlas to diagnose and fix the problem. Thank you Atlas and Cedric.

Completed upstairs 3 ton carrier system. Very professional and they covered my floors. Cooling very well. They come back tomorrow to swap out the downstairs system. Completed the 2-1/2 ton installation. They did not rush and took their time. Very professional.

This is the 4th contact I’ve had with anyone in regards to my recent A/C install. The other 3 visits were very disappointing and subpar. Joaquim seems very honest and knowledgeable. I know there were some things about the initial install (that he didn’t do,) that he was probably reluctant to tell me but he was fully honest with me and I appreciate that. I hope my future relationship with this company remains positive.

Of equal customer faced behavior was his thoroughness and willingness to share his work along the way

Junior and his assistant did a thorough 1 yr. checkup on the new Carrier Infinity HVAC I had to replace my old unit last year. They checked everything and answered all questions and were right on time and friendly and polite and knew their business. I can’t say enough good things about Atlas out of San Antonio for their prices and service. If you need a new HVAC unit I highly recommend this company in the Houston area, even though they are located in San Antonio. Look for their videos on YouTube for HVAC questions and advice.

You showed up and stayed past your workday to make sure my family and I was taken care of. Despite not being able to repair our AC unit, due to parts (needing to be ordered), you went out of your way to install window AC units at are home for us to be somewhat comfortable. Genesis was very thorough in his evaluation of our HVAC system, and he was honest in his evaluation. Communication with Atlas was good. So far, they seem to be a reliable service company and their prices beat the competition. I would recommend them.

Had the visit from Nicholas with Atlas AC and I can’t say enough about how great it was. Nicholas really took the time to see what my AC needs were and had the patience to explain it to me in details. Top of class customer service. Strongly recommend.
