We contacted Atlas for a quote for a Carrier AC to replace our 5 ton old unit. Nick was able to assess our needs quickly and informed us of the extras Atlas would provide with a new system. He was very knowledgeable and gave us confidence Atlas would be a good fit for our needs.

Mokhles and his crew was outstanding. I had a new installation from Atlas, see the below paragraph. I had a service contract with another company, but when they came out they were overpriced and wanted to charge me for cleaning, so I cancelled that one and called Atlas (should have done it sooner) and they got me an appointment for semiyearly maintenance for less and that does more. The crew came out the same day. Mokhles went above and beyond. He verified that I had an issue on my old unit (not the one Atlas installed), but the cost to fix it was 1/5th the cost quoted by the other company. Mokhles was very professional and friendly and answered all my questions patiently. He also stayed to make sure that everything was running correctly before they left. I am so glad I called them and got him and his crew (Shout out to them also!) out. Between this and the installation of last year, I cannot recommend Atlas enough. Even the call to them to get it rolling was painless and quick. everyone I have contact with has been outstanding. they are great value, based on my past experience and do great work!

Joaquim and his crew were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They installed my new unit and made sure it was running great before leaving. They answered all my questions and kept me informed on their progress. I highly recommend them and Atlas. I am very happy with their work.

Fantastic job, complete replacement with Carrier A/C, furnace and 3-zones in our townhouse attic. Reworked pre-existing duct work resolving issues. YouTube videos were very informative. Sales rep was more through than other bidders. Israel and crew were super polite, competent and considerate. An omission and changes were handled professionally and fairly. They throughly explained the complex mobile app and 3 digitial thermostats, and answered all of our many questions before, during, and after the installation. We bought Carrier's top tier Greenspeed equipment and Atlas clearly is a top tier professional company.

Joe travelled all the way from San Antonio to be sure our scheduled appointment was carried out. He was thorough and answered all our questions in detail making it easy to decide this is the best company to work with. We’ve had many people come out to look and it was difficult to find someone who was truthful and cut to the chase. We could quickly understand that he’s trustworthy and understands his product to explain it so well. It was easy to choose Atlas because of him.

I had 3 companies come to the house to quote. I knew I wanted to go with Atlas AC because their online Youtube presence is very strong and they give honest information, and I have been following them for a few years. I was hoping to meet the famous Kenneth from Youtube, but I understand he is probably signing autographs somewhere in San Antonio. Cedric and Nick came to give me a really accurate and thorough estimate. John's install crew was here a week later and did an amazing job. Cedric made sure everything was in order and John and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the unit was calibrated and working properly. John showed me the features on the new heat pump and they even made sure their work looked neat and buttoned up when they finished. They laid down drop cloths throughout the house and swept up any mess they made. I really appreciate how John and his crew did their work respectively and thoroughly.

If you're having doubts, just do it! I did all the research for you, I really believe Atlas can't be beat. I look forward to referring them to all my friends and family. I will use them again in the future at my next home!
