He was professional yet friendly, even found an issue left behind by roofers - I really appreciated that level of service. He made no money by telling me that. ME Brown Air Conditioning has been our only A/C company since they installed the original system in our home over 30 years ago. They have installed new units, repaired older ones and handled a major duct repair job when a tree fell through our roof! We always receive excellent service from their skilled and personable service technicians. I can not say enough good things about this wonderful, family-owned and run business.

12 years of excellent service for me and my wife. ME's three sons, David, Travis and Wes, are an excellent team. They really know their stuff (grew up in it!) and are fun to work with. We can't recommend them enough!

From start to finish they were totally awesome! Even dealing with shutting them in the attic so mom in a wheelchair could roll down the hall. They cleaned daily before leaving so no messes were left. The first day was just over 12 hours. Replacing the unit meant taking one apart first, removing all of it then bringing parts for the new one and putting it all together. They didn't leave until we had air. Our 30 year old unit was installed by them also so we look forward to many years with the new one as well.

They are always prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They never push me to buy or upgrade my units, but instead keep our old units running smoothly. And the one time I did need a new unit, they were thorough and professional. We had zero problems during installation, and it has run smoothly for years. Highly recommend!

Great service. Travis came out to help us. He was very knowledgeable in his trade and very professional. He did everything necessary to fix what was done and to get the job done right finally. He got a lot of work done quickly, very efficient. Very happy with the service, will definitely call them again.

These guys did an awesome job. Our system broke during the pandemic! They were quick to respond; even lent us a window unit to keep us cool until they could get to our repair. Prices were fair and reasonable. Family owned and operated. This is our second or third experience with them and they are the best. Highly recommend.

AC stopped working mid afternoon. Called ME Brown and they answered promptly. Got me scheduled for repair same day. David was efficient in his work and fully explained the problem and how it would be corrected. He showed me screenshots of the AC readings and how they affect service. Great job.

In September, M E Brown installed a new Bosch heat pump for my residence. The work was handled very professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone needing new equipment or equipment repair.
