Had spring maintenance conducted on system. The service from ME Brown was excellent as usual. Joni arrived on time for both appointments. He was thorough in the system checks and patient in providing clear explanations to my questions regarding needed repairs. Repairs were completed timely and professionally and within the initial estimates. All good.

This is how ME Brown left my 75 year old mother-in-law’s air conditioning condenser unit after servicing it. Actually this is a huge safety hazard as there are exposed electrical components that a child could come in contact with.

I do have to say ME Brown was very prompt in rectifying this issue and I understand human mistakes happen. After this issue I recognize ME Brown stands behind their work and that is respectable.

During the freeze of 2026 our heater quit working after two days. I reached out late in the evening (after 5) and Travis scheduled us for first thing in the morning. After a quick confirmation, he was up in the attic diagnosing the issue. After a bit of troubleshooting, he was able to determine that the circuit board for the heater was faulty and not giving power to the blower. Fortunately, they had a board at their shop close by. Less than an hour later our heat was up and running. He even showed me on the board where the failure was. (See photo) The quote to repair was very reasonable and the bulk was the new circuit board. Travis and his team were the answer to our prayers in a very cold time of need and we couldn’t have asked for better service. ME Brown is now the only company I will call for my HVAC needs.

We called for a heat pump repair at our home in River Oaks, and the service was excellent. The technician explained everything clearly.
