Using reich AC and heat to replace our ac unit was one of the best and smartest choices I've ever made regarding my home. Reich installed a top of the line system and it cools our home better than ever plus sliced our electricity bill in half. Very professional, fair and knowledge crew. Dave or David whatever his name is...a super rude man. As soon as I answered the phone he goes "what are we doing about this invoice" no hi no update no anything. I proceeded to ask him what was the issue with a/c he doesn't tell me and goes we charge a service fee which he did not state on the initial call. I told him that wasn't mentioned, he argued with me then hangs up. Unprofessional entitled man, do not use this company!
