I m a tech for 30 years .this is why i dont sell lenox or buy anything from lennox l on 12./3/2025 . I whent to a control board old buildinder mode from the 90 l .a board that they buy for 20 dollar ..the guy at the counter told me thar board my cost was $430 plus tax .that ar lenox 15 years ago was $160. I went to johnston on air port same board $175.imagine if johnston did has that board ..this was a 85 year old retire teacher cant afort to replace her system ..shame on lennox .now i m a dealer from lennox i cod acount with them shame on lenox..how can sell a board over $500 on old bulder model furnace .trane old builder is $160 .when i know also that the most they pay is 20 .shame shame

Very great place. The lady up front was very helpful. The experience here is always great. And they have free snacks and drinks available just about every time I’ve visited the store. I’ll always recommend this Lennox location.
