I don't usually write reviews, but felt it necessary after the great service that Clean Air Pro Services gave me. They were quick to contact me about coming to quote my HVAC unit and air ducts cleaning job. Their price was extremely competitive, and they were very knowledgeable and courteous. They were able to schedule me within a couple days (on the weekend, at that) and were in and out in 2 hours after an extensive cleaning. I highly recommend them, and would use them in the future, if we weren't moving out of the Houston area. Thanks for the great service!

We hired Clean Pro Air to clean our ducts. They were in rough shape, and the company had the best pricing, so it felt like the right choice.

The next morning we discovered that a deeply meaningful family heirloom was missing. It’s something that’s always kept in the same place and worn every day—so the absence was immediate and devastating. This item isn’t just valuable—it holds immense sentimental value that can’t be replaced.

We reached out to management regarding the lost item and there was no resolution.

We are truly saddened by the loss of our heirloom.

Overall we’re very thorough in their pictures and videos of the work performed, secured my air ducts prior to cleaning. A little on the pricey side but got a really great explanation afterwards about the scope of work. Pleased to say I would hire them again. They offered military discount as well.

Spoke with a team member to have vents cleaned for 99$. When they came, they saw lent on the vent cover. The guy immediately said it was going to be 250. So I guess if you dint have lent in the cover it's cheaper? That's what it was for was to clean. But if lent seen them remove it before they arrive. I had asked the guy why 250 because he was hard to understand. He was continually rolling his eyes and had a bad attitude. Not good customer service. I called the company and told them to send their crew home. No service please. Don't use them.

I had my dryer vent cleaned yesterday by this company. The two gentlemen that came out were extremely nice and informative on what needed to be done. They showed me before pictures of my vent and showed me everything that came out of my vent. All in all job well done. I will use them again in the future. Thank you for coming out and servicing my home even though it was a further drive for you! :)

Excellent experience with Clean Air Pro Services. The team came in and cleaned our entire HVAC system within two hours. Very thorough and efficient. They covered all the furniture to keep from getting dirty and even vacuumed afterwards. The lead guy sent me photos and videos before and after, as well as double checking everything worked after it was completed. Very happy with their services! Worth it.

I cannot recommend this company. They caused damage to my dryer vent pipe when removing it to perform a "deep clean". In this image you can see the 3 dents they made to the duct pipe in order to remove it and didn't bother to remove them before reinstalling the duct. These dents are facing the direction of lint flow, so will be a significant source for lint to collect. I asked multiple times if they could provide solutions to mitigate design flaws in the current dryer vent ductwork, but all they want to do is to charge you for a "deep clean" every few months. I was clear from my website request and when they were onsite: please tell me how to improve the system, not just kick the can down the road. All they want to do it to kick the can down the road.

I called on a Thursday, they came out the very next day to inspect the job, gave me a clear and fair quote, and even threw in a great deal. By Saturday morning at 9:00 AM sharp (yes, actually on time), they were at my door—exactly within the scheduled window.

They cleaned 24+ vents, handled both of my AC systems, performed a deep coil and duct cleaning, installed a UV light, and had everything done in just 3 hours, as promised. The house looked fantastic when they finished—no mess, no hassle, just clean air and professionalism.

I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, but this crew was next-level. Efficient, respectful, and highly skilled. If you're looking for quality HVAC work done right and done fast—don’t think twice.

Service was excellent, our household has noticed a difference in the week since the work was done. Everyone was very punctual, showing up right when they said they would and very communicative.
Stacey and his team were helpful and thorough, explaining the process the whole way and physically walking me through the work before/during/after the entire duct cleaning.

These guys do a great job. Called them out to look into a musty smell only my wife caught, and found mildew in my system and damaged ductwork. They came the next day and cleaned all ducts, fans, and coils, and installed a uv light to prevent further buildup in my coils. Managed to do this all in less than 3 hours too! All at a reasonable price and send photos and videos along the way

I searched in Yelp for businesses to do air duct cleaning because I started to see small pieces of black debris on my floor. Clean Air Pro was the second quote I received. Staci - short for Estacion came and provided me a quote. They were able to do it the same day. Had a crew of 3 that came and then returned the following day to install the UV lights. I also received an itemized receipt. They cleaned and washed the air ducts from both sides - attic and vents. They also provided after pictures. Covered the furniture and cleaned up. Very customer focused and made sure I was satisfied with the job. Would highly recommend them. For reference- I have 2 AC units.

Purchased our new home and found some bacterial growth in the vents during inspection phase. Anastasio came out for the initial inspection and is very detail oriented. We scheduled the clean up the next day. The clean up team led by Herman was careful and thorough and took about 4 hours. We received before and after pictures of the cleanup. I just had the air ducts in my home clean and I am very happy with the results! The whole system is super clean and it smells fresh.
Anastasio was excellent. He explained everything to me that I needed to know, patiently answering all of my questions. He was very helpful in getting the work scheduled for when I needed to have it done. After he left, I had a couple more questions later in the day, and he answered them all immediately! I was also happy that the company provides multiple services so that I could get several things done at the same time, economically, and very thoroughly.
