Great experience with Victor! Came at the designated time and was very friendly and cordial. Checked all the components in the house and made some recommendations. No pressure. I choose HousePro because they don't strong arm you to anything you don't need. As usual, I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of his work. And he likes dogs!!!!

Beware the lack of integrity this company has. I have a 3rd party warranty on my 2year old home in which they provided this company to service our HVAC system. A technician arrived and assessed the system. The technician sent a report to me and my wife also stating that the warranty company would not cover the repairs due to a major power surge that occurred. His evidence that he pointed out was a single bolt that had burnt marks around it. We looked through the report after technician left which in page 2 under his condenser check it clearly shows the same bolt with no burnt marks that hes claiming as evidence of a power surge. I personally called to speak to the service manager which he got defensive and would not let me explain our finding through their report. The technician said anything he touches is warranted when he first arrived but when confronted with proof they caused it they won’t stand behind their mistake. Contacted 3rd party warranty after talking to service manager and insurance company stated the report does not show the pictures without burnt marks. Only 6 pictures were sent with the report they received. Which original report had 26. Also they lied on the report about home not having power surge protection. I had to send picture of proof to prove my case. Bottom right bolt in picture is the bolt in evidence.

Samuel did a great job servicing my unit through my home warranty. Shawn was very helpful in going through some options with me to put in a new system. Both of these gentlemen were very cordial, took the time to answer my questions and were very helpful. I would recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Great experience as always working with this company. We’ve used them for a couple of issues and all routine maintenance over the years. Just recently we had an issue with our condenser, and Leonardo Castillo was able to come out, diagnose the issue, and get it fixed that day. He was a perfect example of why we enjoy working with HousePro for our HVAC needs, super friendly and explained everything really well along with our options. Excellent technicians like him are what make this such an excellent company.

Sam, the AC service technician, did an absolutely outstanding job. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert in his field. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure the job was done right.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and his commitment to providing excellent service. It’s rare to find technicians who are this honest, skilled, and dedicated to helping the customer.

I called Sam on Sunday, and he responded very quickly. By Monday, I had a fair quote for a replacement AC unit, and on Tuesday, he and is crew did the installation. Super professional, responsive, punctual, and overall a very nice person with courteous technicians. He is my new HVAC guy!

I am so pleased with the service I received from Sam's HVAC! Crew arrived early and got a new AC system in place (inside and outside) within hours! I will be using them for all my AC needs from here on out....also he was pleasant and very reasonable in his pricing so that made working with him all the better. Highly recommend!

I hired Sam to replace my evaporator unit August 2020.

Unfortunately, the work did not hold up, but was still under warranty. The plenum had to be patched up twice and after the second time, the patch did not hold up, my A/C unit would freeze, and my calls to Sam would go ignored for 2 days, being unable to even reach his voicemail, as if the phone number wasn't valid.

I had another company come out to inspect the work and give me a second opinion. There was a leak in the refrigerant line that Sam had brazed to the evaporator unit and the plenum wasn't installed properly. This tech did me the favor of calling Sam and he instantly picked up on the first try.

Gave Sam another chance to come out and re-braze the line and top me off on refrigerant, but instead he tried to convince me that my compressor was not working and he couldn't re-braze the line until it was working again, and he suggested I buy a whole new A/C unit altogether.

I had the same company come out again and confirm the compressor was working fine. So after 2 weeks of living in an 85 degree house because Sam chose to give me the run around, I was finally able to get my A/C working again.

I purchased my home last month and had Clean Air Pro come out and inspect my air ducts and discovered there was some bacteria growth and I have a child with allergies and my parents residing in the home. Since they provided the services the air has felt cleaner and crisper. I really appreciate them doing such a great job and they were able to clean my dryer vent as well. My air filters and dryer vents looked like they had never been cleaned before Clean Air come out!!! Thank you guys!!

Don’t waste your time. Technician came to clean the ducts for $99.00 then he did a bait and switch and the quoted price was almost $2,000 to just clean the air ducts. I didn’t ask them to replace the air ducts! What a joke.

Anastacio and his team did a great job cleaning the ducts, dryer vent and AC system in the attic. They responded quickly with an estimate and same day service. We are very please with the results. We will use them again.
