Kevin is very courteous, professional, thorough and highly knowledgeable about his craft. He did not ONLY explain the importance of maintenance but also made me understand the basic concept of the AC system. I cannot recommend and praise him enough. We need more professional technicians like Kevin! He is amazing and he deserves a huge bonus!!! 😊

House pro was outsourced to me by home warranty company. The initial diagnosis was not the best experience as the technician did not provide accurate information. I was contacted by another technician with this company and they technician (Ron) resolved my issue SAME DAY! Ron did go above and beyond to rectify the issue and repair my heater. I’m thankful that Ron reached out and offered to fix the situation. Because of him my heater has been fixed as the temperatures in Houston are dropping.

My home warranty is the reason I used Housepro. The technician put an universal part into my 5 year old air handler, then wired it incorrectly so I had to replace my entire HVAC system. The annual membership is also twice as expensive as other places. I also cancelled my home warranty. Hopefully others have had better experiences.

House pro just finished installing a UV light, cleaned the ducks, grades and sealed all outlets going into the ceiling. This was a 2 day job by two outstanding service technicians Kevin and Jose and supervisor Ron Gomez.

Leo did an excellent service inspection and report to me on what needed to be corrected on my appointment today. He also did a full report on why is was needed and how to prevent for an issues in the future. He was very thorough and helpful on explaining every detail on his report. The system will not allow me to review them again, although HousePro has been my HVAC company since 2003. But I have to post a review about their installation of the entire HVAC system in our replacement house after Hurricane Beryl finished off our last house! (I left the old review at the bottom of this new one).

After installing our HVAC in 2003, then servicing our former home for more than 2 decades, HousePro got the chance to move in to our next home before we did!

They replaced all the original 1986 ductwork, increasing the vents and returns based on present-day calculations. Then, they replaced the 20-year-old HVAC system (AV, compressor, & heater) with an exceptional, two-stage 17-SEER condenser; a two-stage, gas furnace; a multi-position evaporator coil; with a smart command center and thermostat that work together to keeps it all running. Finally, they insulated all the recessed lighting, completely sealed my attic, and blew in R38 insulation. Plus, I can think of more than a dozen extra things they did that I felt went above and beyond the job description.

Overall, I will always give 100% of my HVAC business to HousePro because I trust them to
1. give me a no-nonsense bid with an honest price,
2. do it right the first time,
3. stick to the bid,
4. work in a timely fashion,
5. follow through on any agreements,
6. maintain and service my systems quickly and efficiently, and
7. ensure that I get the most benefit possible from my HVAC system.

Most of all, I have found that I can count on HousePro to hire the best technicians who will always be well trained, well informed, honest, and reliable. Last, but by no means least, their employees are always respectful that the building they are working in is my home. They are courteous, kind, and invaluable.

From scheduling the appointment to the follow up phone call, HousePro handled my maintenance call professionally and courteously. Prior to the time of arrival, they sent the name and photo of my scheduled technician (which seemed brilliant).

The tech called about 10 minutes before my two-hour window to let me know he was 30-minutes away and headed over. Upon arrival, he was nice and efficient. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and discuss my options.

Overall, the experience was consistent with my other interactions with HousePro -- demonstrating the kind of values and customer support that I'm pleased to find in the service industry. I have to admit the price of the repairs hit kind of hard, but that’s pretty consistent with everything else these days. Regardless, he was clear on what the costs were based on; it was obvious that he tried to save me money where possible, and most importantly, he stuck to the price with no unexpected additions or other bad surprises.

Been using HousePro for years. Leo did our winter maintenance service. He has great customer service. Was very attentive to details and great at explaining items that needed to be looked at for repair. Very honest.

Had our heating and furnace maintenance done. Roger was very quick and wasn't overly pushy with upselling services. He did bring items up that were cause for concern or could be costly if they failed. Appreciate the knowledge and experience of each of the technicians that come out to maintain our systems.
