Counter guys are very rude, act like they're doing you a favor.

Poor customer service rude , they guys think that are doing a favor to technicians or contractors they don't to like do warranties , they don't have any supervision

This is my favorite lennox location. Jason always takes good care of me.

Great customer service! They’re all so helpful, specially Jose he helped me with warranties and also finding everything else I needed.

They had the part I ordered there. But there was 2 guys behind the counter and I was the only one buying there and it took a good 30 minutes to get out because both of them were on the phone.
