My a/c quit working yesterday, 92° October day. The problem was me turning off a switch, however, Isaac checked the overflow tray that was about to cause a huge leak in my house. Isaac fixed this, moved a switch to the proper side, checked everything. Yea!! Thank you Isaac and Hexagon Air.

When my AC unit wasn't getting any power, Isaac with Hexagon showed up very quickly and not only fixed the problem with the power supply but also noticed that my capacitor was on the fritz and would likely stop working once the summer heat kicked in. He went ahead and replaced it for me to save me the trouble of dealing with more AC issues in the future. I cannot describe how much I appreciated this - even just a day in Houston without AC is brutal.

Isaac Middleton was such a huge help buying my home. He came out To inspect the AC and gave his truthful advice. Most AC people will tell you, you will need a new full AC unit, but Isaac was willing to tell you exactly what needs to be fixed. Very Informative and helpful. 10/10

Great experience with Hexagon Air & Heat. Ryan did a fantastic job installing a Soft-Start device on our AC unit. We were so impressed with his knowledge and character that we asked them to take over maintenance on our AC and Heating Unit. Highly recommend this company

Ryan was very efficient and knowledgeable. Came in, listened to concerns and got right on the issue!! He made a few suggestions and will be writing me a quote for repairs/services to help make our units run more efficient and cost effective. I highly recommend using them for your A/C needs!!

Isaac arrived on time and Ryan joined shortly after. The problem was found almost immediately and no time was wasted getting the problem resolved. I am extremely satisfied and will use Hexagon Air in the future should the need arise.

I talked to Isaac about 9am and told him my furnace was old but instead of jumping on a sale he suggested I have his tech come and take a look before assuming I need a new furnace.

Isaac and his team saved the day! The AC went out at our business this week and Isaac was at our location mg with an hour troubleshooting the problem. He found the part that needed to be replaced and got it repaired quickly! Hexagon was easy to work with, reliable, knowledgeable, and quick! I would highly recommend them!
