Blueleaf AC & Heating LLC Houston technician did a great job installing an air conditioner in my bedroom and a fan in the garden below, with as unobtrusive piping as possible. No mess, no fuss, just very efficient workers. They also programmed my remote control with my internet in double quick time. I highly recommend this company.

We currently run an Airbnb and our customers needed the heater to work we contacted numerous companies all to be turned down till we tried blue leaf he was there within an hour since he was coming from Houston to Galveston. He was very knowledgeable about the problem and had the heater fixed in no time. Prices were great i have already called him back again for a small electrical repair job. Thanks again

Last week we had a new ac unit installed using Blueleaf AC & Heating. Their price was unbeatable. We were told upon installation that they would check our duct work and do any repairs that needed to be done. Shortly after they left we realized we weren't getting air in two of our rooms. Finally today after a week of calling we get someone back out to then tell us that some of the duct work isn't connected. Even though he said they would do repairs Should anything need it. I specifically asked before they left after installation if there was anything that we needed to be worried about, to which he replied no Everything looks great you just need a little more insulation. So after comming back out it's going to cost us an additional $600 to repair the ducts that he supposedly did not see. So to summarize he said that they would check for needed repairs didn't check for repairs and now says we have to pay an additional $600 because they didn't see it the 1st time. Remember if it seems too good to be true it probably is.

I had a great experience contacting this company to fix my HVAC. They sent Israel out to examine my issue the same day I called. He was able to come back the next day with the replacement part I needed. Israel was great. I did not feel like I was being sold anything I didn’t need. I would recommend their services.

Called to get a quote from Blue leaf. As I can say customer service is horrible I was told on 3 different days when someone would be coming out to my home and given a time frame. However, no one never showed nor did I at least receive a courtesy call for cancellation or anything. Needless to say I had to call them after no one showed up on the time frame that was given to me. I can honestly rate at 0stars.

rarely i put a negative review for a company but this situation actually called for it.

I called them for a service call because the second floor of my house was not cooling. I told them that there must be something wrong with the damper motor because the first floor was cooling but the second floor was not. they charged me 950$ for a damper control board replacement which did not fix the issue. called them again and they came back the next day to replace the damper motor which actually fixed the problem however they charged me another 470$ for that.

this is bad practice and i feel like i got robbed. totally unacceptable.

Our thermostat was acting crazy and Blueleaf diagnosed it as a wiring issue in minutes. Fixed it right up and didn't charge us for the service call since it was so quick. Now THAT'S customer service you can trust!

Company did not honor warranty for new HVAC. Brand new compressor burned out and cost thousands to repair.

2/25 update: Heater stopped working over the Houston freeze. Our new AC guy (not blue leaf) discovered the heater was wired incorrectly using the incorrect gauge of wire.

We paid another AC company to replace compressor. They discovered there was a leak in the valves. This should have been caught and repaired by Blue Leaf but they do not respond to our calls or texts. We were without AC for over a month.
We purchased a brand new HVAC package unit this summer from Blue Leaf. We have had trouble with the cold air stopping a handful of times since installation. They were unable to successfully troubleshoot the issue with multiple attempts. We have now been without AC for weeks and we cannot get a technician from Blue Leaf to take a look. They were a no show for their appointment with no further communication. They are not responding to texts or phone calls.

Since I had Blueleaf Air Conditioning at my previous home wound up calling them for an AC tune up. First their phone rep, Anna, was fantastic in getting my appointment set up and answering all questions. The following day, Israel came out and did a tremendous job. Was at my home for close to two hours and performed what I believed to be the most thorough check up EVER. Took numerous pictures of everything from ducts to wires and rusted coils. Pointed out areas of concern and offered solutions along with associated prices. He even traced and labeled every one of my AC units with what area in my home it serves which was very helpful.
Israel has a great personality, work ethic and is professional in his duties. Would highly recommend Israel and Blueleaf for any heating and cooling needs. Great having Blueleaf back again at my new home!

Our AC went out unexpectedly, and Blueleaf had a tech out in 30 minutes. There was a very efficient and complete inspection, and they came back the next day to complete the work. Israel had amazing communication, professionalism, and did a huge job in a hot attic! 10/10 recommend!
