John, from Vibrant Mechanical, came out and replaced a gas valve on my ac furnace. I had another issue and needed a plumber. John referred me to a plumber that fixed a gas leak. John stayed in contact with me the whole time until the plumber completed the job. John went above and beyond providing great service.

John came out to fix my non-functioning AC on an emergency after hours basis, and we developed a plan to fix the unit both in the immediate and longer term. The quote was competitive, and he explained everything in easy to understand terms. My AC was totally overhauled within 24 hours and now functions perfectly.

Had to replace a blower motor that is a custom part by Carrier. The initial hvac vendor I was using was charging me an arm and a leg for the repair. Contacted a lot of hvac companies that gave me expensive quotes as well. Vibrant mechanical was different and I appreciate how they are committed to providing reasonable pricing and services. It was the end of Dec holiday and John replied to say that they are waiting for the pricing from their usual supplier vendor and will only hear back from them after the weekend. But he gave a rough estimate nevertheless and I mentioned I was good with waiting for the actual quote. Final quote came back and was the best pricing I've seen thus far by a mile. John was also very communicative and let me know about the lead time. Overall experience is that they've been communicative and fast in their response. Really appreciate how they managed to get me up and running as soon as they can especially with the winter storm that is approaching. Definitely highly recommend Vibrant Mechanical
