He came, he diagnosed the bad contactor, he replaced. Took more time walking back and fourth then to actually diagnose/replace.
Price was just under $300. But well worth it to have ac for weekend. And he was here at my house in under 2 hours from first call.

Mike and his team are a top notch organization. Mike is a veteran and also a former meteorologist. He is fair honest and does a great job. Not only are they great at what they do but they have very fair pricing. Whether you are having problems or just need a tune-up and check of your system he is someone you want to know. He will identify the issues and give you solutions. He is not one of these guys that tries to sell you a whole new system unless you need it. He will work with what you have but if you need a new system he can do that too. He is my HVAC guy and will be as long as he is in business.
