After some delay, the came and finished the work to my satisfaction. AC unit and installation costs were very reasonable and more affordable than quotes I got from other venders. Communication with techs can sometimes be a problem.

Update:
A month later I had a second AC unit installed and the crew were competent and completed the task quickly without a flaw. They kept my floor clean and swept any debris before they left. The management has been responsive throughout the two installations and answered all my questions satisfactorily or fully attended my concerns.

The TL Tech team always come through with prompt, thorough communication and installation, along with excellent pricing. Thank you and highly recommend!

Service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. I called Tony that Friday night he sent someone out Saturday morning. He was very explained to me because I had 1 million questions but I am so satisfied I would recommend anyone to them. Their service was excellent.

Tony and his team are great ! I’ve used Tony the last few years to replace both my outside unit and coil in attic in two properties. His communication is great and his pricing is fair . I got quotes from several companies before calling TL. Tony was direct, to the point and came out the next day. His guys showed up at 10am and my AC was installed, running and the area cleaned up by around 4pm. I'd recommend them 1000%

The technician and the owner were very patient. I had a lot of questions and concerns because of bad experiences with another company. They fixed the issue. My AC is now cooling more efficiently and my electricity bill went down the following month.

Tony's team came in at 10am and finished at 4pm. Carrier AC/Heating system changed. Unlike other companies selling you their company & charging $15,000, Tony was affordable. Good service 👍they checked to ensure everything was working before departing.

Tony and his team are great 👍 they came as soon as they can, they also have a financial lender they work with, it helps when you need to replace a whole AC unit systems. They have Goodman and Carrier brand. They are very reasonable with their price too, I've had them repair my old Goodman before as well until it gave out this year in August, I had the old unit more than 17 years already. If I ever need any help I would call TL techs, I trust them to do the work well. I would refer them to my friends.

Our air conditioner died on us on Friday night. By Sunday afternoon, Tony was at our home giving us a very competitive bid. His team was onsite the next morning at 10 AM and by 6 PM, the install was complete. Our home was cool just a couple hours later.

The team was neat, clean and efficient. They did everything that they promised to do and Tony came back a couple days later just to make sure that everything was ok.

I cannot recommend them enough!

This is a true story….
After years and years of putting off the dreaded inevitable replacement of our entire HVAC system, heater has been out for years, we were constantly changing out something or another in The A/C system AND paying ENORMOUS light bills .. our compressor finally went out and it was time. We needed a full HVAC system-in the middle of summer! 😥 I believe customer service and good prices go hand in hand. What good was the sales pitch and extreme charisma we got from one of the first people we called out, when the price was just about DOUBLE what Tony’s prices were??!We were actually very skeptical because he undercut every single company we called not just by hundreds, but a few thousand dollars!! We researched the company, talked to Tony on the phone multiple times, had to make sure we weren’t getting scammed, all of that! They came out and moved so fast, had us freezing and turning the A/C off by nightfall!
Truly impressed, great company, great pricing, communication is good. If he keeps his prices low, he will beat out the competitors every time. Also, we got financing and I want to say it’s no interest, but I’m not 100% if it’s no or low interest since my husband takes care of that part. I know we have a warranty and hope to never need it. My bill is lower, but not a whole lot different-I’m not gonna lie, we used to have all the lights off trying to keep the house cool and we are not so frugal with our electricity now. 😆100 percent recommend and I tell anyone who mentions needing A /C About Tony and his guys and pass along his number. TL Techs installed a Trane HVAC system for me on Oct 17,2025. After many ridiculous quotes, I found it refreshing that TL Techs not only posted their pricing but there were no hidden cost. The technicians were organized, efficient and arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment time. I appreciated this because my day wasn't tide up. This company is about customer service, fair pricing and quality work. Tony, was easy to work with and a man of his word. Thanks TL Techs for making this process seamless.

Very friendly staff and very affordable pricing. This AC company came highly recommended to me through a friend. They were very satisfied and so was I. This company offered me two stage units at the same price that a different company was offering me one stage units. I was also able to upgrade to UV lighting and soft start kits for my outside units. A team of six technicians showed up to my house and were very friendly and efficient. They were able to install two attic furnace units and two outside Carrier condenser units in one day. I highly recommend this company.

Do not use this person it’s not even a company it’s one guy he had ppl come fix my a/c and it’s worst bow then before they so call fixed i. This man is a joke if you have him service your home it’s a waste of money and time

BEWARE !!! SCAMMER !!! This business is horrible. I lost roughly $5000 as i had to close my business 6 days other 4 days i got luck as i was using fan less hotter day. They promised you they will repair and they dont know what they are doing. They will break you AC more than fixing so that you need to pay other people to fix it. They will come after 3-4 days after they promised to come. they dont care about whether your house your business closed. I paid $400 and they promised to fix but they took out freon said now fixed. I constantly calling and texting they dont respond at all.

I have used O.P.'s for many years to maintain my air conditioning unit and my furnace. They are always super responsive. Unlike many companies that try to sell me a new unit, they never have. Their intention is always to repair the problem first. I highly recommend them.
