HVAC reviews in Houston, Texas

Was on the schedule today from 4-6pm. Called this morning at 8:12am to see if I could get moved up on the schedule because that was suggested by the company’s scheduler. No response to my request, only that I’m on the schedule from 4-6pm with a 30 min call before arrival.
No show or call. Time is 6:25pm.
This is not the first time this company has done this to me. Come on Airteam do better!
I’m changing to 4 stars. They came and repaired my equipment.
Not a 5 just because this should have been handled better.

Fantastic service by Orlenis on site. Really appreciate the time he took to review and explain the issue with my HVAC unit and find a solution to resolve my problem. Also appreciate the great customer service received by phone with Maria and the Manager Marcelo.

My AC was serviced by Jorge and Oleg. Nice, polite guys. They got the unit going and provided extra attention so I could properly label the breaker box. Excellent service.

Daniel is an outstanding technician!! His professionalism and thoughtfulness while troubleshooting and making repairs was above and beyond the norm! He was so polite and respectful while explaining the work that was done. 100 stars out of 10!!!!

These guys are GOOD! Full changeout of a 3-ton 18 YR-old LENNOX in an afternoon and left everything in order. Service Tech Johnny Nguyen was back today for an hour to verify proper installation and operation. Very professional team!

I had the unfornate experience to have both my Lennox and ADP coils that were only 7 years old to fail. The Lennox was catastrophic and the ADP had a leak. After wasting money with Abacus Plumbing, I called Airteam. Their technician (Jesus) tested my system and found the leaks. Airteam contacted me immediately to get my install scheduled and Airteam's pricing was by far the best. The team that completed this install (Alan and Javier) were courteous and professional. The care they took with my install was great. They took the time to address my questions and left the work area better than they found it. While I am dissapointed with Lennox for having to replace my coils at 60% of average life, I am extremely pleased with the work performed by Airteam. Great job!

Tech Ricardo, was so polite & respectful. He not only was able to fix the system but he explained what the issue was, how it’s suppose to work & how he was going to fix it, all in verbiage that I could understand. I would definitely call & request him again.

We had a great experience with Airteam, Technician Ricardo Saldana was on time and very helpful, professional and honest. He did a full assessment and explained all he did and also advised on things to do to help our unit be more efficient. We appreciated him taking time to explain as we don’t know about AC units. Will be contacting him for future maintenance. Highly recommended.

Johnny Nguyen with AirTeam was super helpful with us figuring out our cooling issues in our home he was very knowledgeable and helped us understand how everything works to troubleshoot our issue.

Had a problem with my upstairs split system. Jorge Diaz came out, identified the issue, and ordered the part. He returned with the part and made the repair. Jorge is very professional, very personable, and took the time to go over how we could get better cooling to my wifes office. He takes his job very seriously and is a craftsman through and through. Service is very good. They explained everything thoroughly and prices are decent compared to other places. But please do not eat onions before coming to deal with a client. I got a major migraine from smelling that.

Air Team is always thorough and lets us know exactly what they do to make our heat pump be super efficient. Great service! Jorge and Oleg are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.
