Been using Pisces for years. Always fair and have saved me money more than once from basic troubleshooting over the phone. Reviewing because they just did it again and with our flooded house, a bad AC was a nightmare scenario. They're the good guys.

I am so glad that this ac company is still in business! I used them about ten years ago when we moved in. It was summer, middle of the night, new baby and We hadn't even fully moved in. I was searching for emergency AC service and I found this company. The owner came right over in the morning, and told me that since my home was a new construction the compressor was likely under warranty. He called Goodman got it replaced for free, drove to pick it up for me, installed it and then only charged me a $70 service fee!!! So this time during the pandemic when it started getting hot in the house I looked him up again and again he came right out. He told me that It was a big problem and he put a bandaid on it and hoped it would hold until the weekend when he could get everything together. He replaced everything inside and outside the house and installed a new Goodman unit. When I tell everyone the price they tell me that I got a really good deal. I will continue to call on Pisces AC because I really trust them and they made us a priority every time that I needed them. Now I know that the ac had been slowly going out because afterward we didn't have to lower the temperature much and it was freezing in here.

Incredible service. Extremely knowledgeable Technician. Polite, throughly went through every aspect of the complete system to make sure it was done correctly and efficiently. Took picture and readings of before and after to then explain everything he did and why he did it. Would not use another company after the service I received from Pisces A/C & Heating.

This company is great. Rene Terring is a honest man, who tries to save the customer money. When we had A/C issues, other companies recommended to replace the whole system. Rene asked the question "why" - if other components still work well. He did an awesome job replacing our condensor unit - at a reasonable price, explained everything, advised us how to extend the warranty and how to keep the system healthy. His crew showed up on time, left at the predicted time - and on top of it - he attempted a job that again we were asked to change the whole unit out - for free (sealing of the drain pan). As he was not sure it would do the trick, but said it would be worth a trial, he took that charge off the bill without even having to ask for it.
A honest company, a knowledgeable technician and a great crew - we are 100% happy. Thank you Rene!

Fantastic and quick service and came out Christmas morning when we called late Christmas Eve. Adan was excellent and got our unit cooling in not time!

Jorge and Oleg did an amazing job working on my AC at home! They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. I really appreciated their attention to detail and friendly attitude. When it’s time for me to get a new unit, I’ll definitely be using Air Team Ltd again. Highly recommend!

Daniel Lopez exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond to my surprise. Communication and good customer service are a rarity these days. Daniel diagnosed the A/C problem. The compressor died. He brought it in to show what happened and explained how it works in layman's terms. I said to him, "you know your stuff, very impressive ".
He represents the company very well.

Orlenis Pupo was our tech and he did a phenomenal job with the maintenance of our HVAC unit. The weather still warm so I’m delighted my system is working perfectly.

Airteam has been great! We just moved in and had some cooling issues as well as a weather related surge that caused some electrical issues. The team that came out were prompt informative and cleaned up after they were done. In particular Jesus and Adan were the techs that performed the work and I would highly recommend them. I’ve been using AIRTEAM for about 15 years, ever since they installed the HVAC system in my new home. They’ve done a few repairs and part replacements over the years.

Most recently, they replaced my condenser and coil. A few days after the job, I noticed some water issues with the drain and immediately thought it might be related to the install. I sent photos to Robert, and he quickly sent a team to check it out. They explained it might be actually a clogged drain pipe, not the new work, but still helped to coordinate a plumber and carpet team to fix the issue. Later, my own plumber confirmed it was indeed just a clog.

What stood out to me was how seriously they took my concerns and how quickly they acted, even though at that point no one knows who's fault it was. That kind of customer service is rare these days. After 15 years, from my own experience, I can say they’re a company I truly trust and would gladly recommend.
