Excellent service! I had water dripping from the ceiling caused by an issue with the HVAC system. From the moment I called, their team was prompt, courteous, and incredibly professional.
Ricardo quickly identified the source of the leak, explained what had caused it, and walked me through the steps needed to fix it. What really impressed me was how efficiently they worked and how respectful they were of my home. Ricardo and Matthew made sure everything was cleaned up after the job. I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right.

Ricardo Saldana was great! I really like how he listens and shows sincere concern, explains what he’s doing on a level of understanding and offers practical suggestions to help keep our equipment running at its best. Pleasant attitude and kind!

Jorge and Oleg arrived early in the day and found and fixed the issue with my heater quickly. They also gave me some good general tips about the unit. Very satisfied with this service!

Mr. J.Nguyen was awesome! He was very kind. He came in explained everything in detail. He went over my ecobee system with me and showed me how to adjust different things on my system and a lot more with the system. This is the first time someone came and explained this system to me in detail. He checked the system, did his adjustments and now everything is working fine. Thank you so much Johnny!

My service technician Johnny Nguyen is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took his time and made sure we understood everything that was going on with our air-conditioning unit. He showed us pictures and how our air-conditioning unit was functioning and how he was adjusting it , to make if run efficiently. I'm extremely happy with the service provided today.

Service is quick. Technicians wear booties when entering your home. They explain issues and solutions clearly. Strongly recommend! Adan was great to explain things in terms that were easy to understand.

Thanks to Mario and Oleg who installed our dryer booster fan. They were on time, knowledgeable about the product, completed the installation efficiently, and then took the time to answer questions, and to provide useful observations on our HVAC systems. Great knowledgeable technician Ricardo Saldana and his assistant Frank. Very polite. Put on shoe covers when they arrived. He explained in great detail the results of his visit in terms that I understood. They performed a system maintenance and also checked the fan as we had been hearing noises and thought it was the culprit. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. I would certainly recommend him and will be requesting him specifically for the next visit.

Orlenis came early in the window promised and called ahead. He came ready to help with all his gear in his backpack. He quickly identified the problem and got to work to fix it. He was patient and sensitive to our needs. And made sure he answered all our questions. We are so thankful he came and helped us. We felt valued as regular customers of 19 years. Thank you!

Mazdak was 5 Stars plus from the very start. He took the time on a weekend to meet with us and walk us through all the options with pros and cons of each type of unit. He was very patient and helpful in thoroughly explaining the different models. We finally settled on the Trane XR 17 units as we plan on being in this house.

On the day of the installation he personally came in and explained all the discussed nuances of the job with his teams. The team was very professional, laid down protection n for our floors and moved with the work very efficiently.

Just check out the attention to detail below in the picture. They needed to add an additional return, and this is how they protected the home interior from all the dust.

Johnny and Jose came out to balance my air conditioning. They were excellent. Both men listened to the problem, asked questions, and formulated a game plan with my involvement. ☆Ishmael Saenz☆ was AWESOME- he truly went Above & Beyond to do his job & help me 🤩🥰. Service was fast, thorough and effective. The communication was great. Driver was on time and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about his job . Lalo was very knowledgeable, polite. The entire crew was very nice, polite, respectful. They cleaned up everything after they were done. They were fast and efficient.

We had an issue with our newly installed unit turning on so we called Excel Air to see when they could come service the unit. Mauricio was great and responded immediately and was ready to have someone out the next day! Jorge came to the house and figured out the issue, he was very courteous and provided excellent customer service. He didn't leave until he was sure the issue was resolved. We couldn't be happier choosing Excel Air for our AC needs! I would highly recommend them.
