Only complaint is that I could not read your message via thumbtack and had no phone number from my home warranty company. However, once a time was scheduled, the technician arrived within the scheduled window and also I received a text prior to the technicians arrival to indicate that Ishmael was on his way.

I called Excel Air for my a/c not cooling and thermostat issues. They scheduled me for the same afternoon. Ishmael was assigned to my home. They notified me that he was on route and attached a nice photo of him. He came on time and was very friendly, courteous and professional. He got right to the issue of the problem. Cleared the drain line quickly . He checked everything and replaced the dual run capacitor preventing any future issues. I really appreciate his patience when I had many questions about programming and resetting the thermostat. Ishmael was very professional with exceptional Technical knowledge and excellent service. I definitely recommend him and Excel Air.

Reached out to Excel Air about replacing my evaporator coil and Mauricio was quick to respond and provided the most reasonable quote I had received. After I confirmed that I was ready to proceed with his team, he scheduled Jorge and Ishmael to come in next morning. Jorge arrived early, removed the old evaporator and cleaned everything up and an hour later Ishmael showed up with the new evaporator. 90 minutes later, they had everything fully taken care of and had our AC up and running again.

The team was friendly, above all, cleaned everything up after they were done. Highly recommended.

Jorge from Excel is excellent. I saw their advertisement on a truck while i was in line for starbucks and it was the best decision to contact bbbxxthem. Their communication is too notch. Their prices are fair and up front. Their work is of high quality. Their response time is quick. I have been very satisfied every time they come out.

Came out for an estimate with 1/2 day notice. Diagnosed the problem and fixed within 45 min. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Had a previous HVAC company give me a wrong diagnoses and ended costing $325 instead of $2500.

Excel did a routine checkup on the main systems that they installed and which are running great. They also evaluated an older unit that was said to be beyond repair by another AC group that had been doing maintenance (prior maintenance contract). Excel quickly diagnosed that the capacitor was out and that this part had been causing both the fan and compressor to not function properly. Simple and cheap fix versus a whole system replacement that the other AC company was suggesting. Fair and simple solution and not trying to upsell when not needed!

Excel Air is a great HVAC company! They have worked on my commercial projects and have made the process very smooth. They offer multiple solution to get the job done and transparent with communicating and have always got the work done within the timeline.

The team from Excel air was fantastic! The team and trailer showed up started the demo at 7 a.m. and we're installing the new unit within about an hour. They had all of the tools and equipment plus they were on time. I'm happy to say, we feel great with our new system. After it was installed and running they walked the job with me and tweaked anything I mentioned with a smile. I had questions about financing and each member I spoke to was on the same page. They will be returning to service it, and I'm having a UV light installed to cut down on the potential of bacteria forming inside the air ducts. We are extremely happy with the care paid to our home and the fact that they even left our attic nicer than it was when they arrived. Absolutely professional work worth every penny.

Seriously, 5 stars is not enough. Our 20 year old unit died on Sunday. They came out 1st thing Monday morning to evaluate, and came 1st thing Tuesday to install. A perfect seamless process, priced right. I’m really impressed with their communication skills, prompt service & expertise. I can 100% recommend this company!!!

Their quote is reasonable and affordable. The whole crew was very professional and respectful when they were on site. My AC and HVAC system was 30 years old, so when it went out (in a glorious fashion!) there was no doubt what would be needed. Mauricio came out at the scheduled time to look my system over, he was very friendly and explained everything in such a way that it was easy to understand exactly what I would be getting and why I needed it. They followed through on the appointment and installed 2 complete Trane HVAC systems in one day with no surprises! After the installation Mauricio walked me through everything showing me what was done and explaining everyday maintenance and money saving tips. I would highly recommend this company for any repair or installation!

The professionals at Excel air are great to work with. Very responsive, professional, clean, and thorough. They fixed my air conditioner issue in an expedient manner - even worked with our home warranty company which can be frustrating! I don’t feel like they look for things to up charge the bill, but they do look at your equipment, and will advise what may need to be rechecked in the future. I happily recommend Excel Air!
