Feeling very blessed to stumble upon EXCEL AIR. Mauricio Arreguin and crew are wonderful to do business with. Very professional and comfortable to talk with from start to finish. We purchased a complete Trane hvac. We HIGHLY recommend Excel Air. Give them a call. You will be glad you did.

Update had them out to fix my DIY thermostat project. Ruben came out within a few hours and my ac is blowing strong and cold again. Wonderful family to do business with.

We are so happy with this company! They recently installed new air conditioner units for us and did an excellent job. Today, their team came out to clean our air vents, and they were absolutely great – very professional, polite, and thorough. They made the whole process easy and did a fantastic job.

This company is amazing! Found them on the neighborhood app. Ishmael was the tech who diagnosed the problem with the AC Unit. He was young but mighty! Very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He answered all my questions and his work was thorough. This young man has a very bright future ahead of him and after meeting his boss(and owner) today, I understood why he was so polished. The installers arrived on time and were also very personable. Work was completed sooner than expected(yes and thank you!) and the price was fair. This owner runs an incredible business and is an incredible person. I highly recommend them, but call and decide for yourself. Thank you Excel Air for a job well done!!!

Straight up great service. In the Summer, they fixed my unit to get the AC going again. They responded pretty quick in a busy time.

Fast forward to December and I had an issue with my heater. They came right out and fixed it. They said it was an issue that they should have caught in the Summer and did not charge me. Did not expect that. A great and honest outfit!

They are the kindest most understanding company. They really care about their customers. Quick to respond, honest and reliable. They are the chick fi la of hvac companies.

Very professional team. They were quick to answer my call and fix my A/C issue. I had a capacitor problem and hard start kit and they got it solved in a shot period of time. FAST. HONEST. KNOWLEDGEABLE.
EFRAIM CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE WITHIN TWO HOURS, Knew exactly what was going on, and did not lie to me about a bunch of parts that needed to be replaced like so many other companies have done. We had an airflow issue and he spotted it right away. In all professionalism, he did offer to upgrade my system, Which is completely acceptable given its age. I just wanna thank him and his company for being great members of the community and choosing integrity first. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

He took the time to inspect every component, clean out the buildup, and made sure everything was running at peak performance. He also explained what he was doing in a way I could understand, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service. Thanks to Billy, my AC is running cooler, quieter, and more efficiently than ever. I can’t say enough good things about Air Star Now HVAC. Billy came to my home late in the evening for an emergency water leak that was flooding my attic and leaking into my master bedroom. They responded quickly, fixed the issue on the spot, and explained in detail how the previous work had been done incorrectly and what needed to be addressed. They quite literally prevented a disaster in my home.

The second time they came out was just as impressive. I had received a helpful text reminder that my unit needed summer maintenance. I returned from a trip to find a clogged sink from sediment, and again, they handled everything with care and urgency. Efrain was incredible—communicating clearly the whole time, working respectfully with my housekeeper while I was away, and making sure my system was running smoothly. He even called afterward to offer helpful tips for when I’m away for work this summer.

I had a water leak that plumbers couldn't find. They came very quickly and didn't stop till they found the leak. They were very helpful, courteous, and explained everything in detail of what happened. I definitely would use them again

I called Air Star Now after experiencing problems with my old 4-ton AC unit in the mid-July Houston summer heat. It was blowing air but not cold air. With a family of 6 there was no way we wanted to suffer through multiple days of the brutal Houston heat. I called Perla and she said that she would dispatch someone immediately. I called her at around 7pm on a Wednesday night and the technician arrived at my house at 8pm. That’s an AMAZING response time! Billy, the technician, was incredible. He quickly diagnosed the problem. The AirGo soft start (which is a great product and I’ve installed it in all three of my units) and the replacement capacitor that I just installed were not the problem, it turns out that it was finally time for my compressor fan motor to give up the ghost. Billy was able to diagnose the problem in record time and was willing to bring the replacement parts and do the repair the next day. This company has earned my future business. In the current climate where it’s difficult to know if a company is ethical and customer focused, it’s refreshing to find one that you can put on speed dial and know that you are a priority. Thank you Perla and Billy for renewing my faith that businesses like yours are out there.

Outstanding service. Ero (Service Tech) did my bothers soft start for his ac. He was so polite and offered to do mine the same day. He was very helpful with all information. I’m coming back for any service or troubleshoot.

Professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, and capable are all words that apply to the service technician that arrived at my door on time the same day I called for service. He diagnosed the issue and made the necessary adjustments to my system and even checked for issues that might be a cause for concern down the road. I’m very pleased with Harris heat & air and have added them to my list of “Go to” service providers, and will be sharing my experience with all my friends and family. Thank you Harris heat & air for restoring my faith in there being reliable trustworthy honest service companies out there.

Called today at 10am, technician was on site before 1130am and Henry(ac tech) was done before 1300. Very please and will recommend to my neighbors.

So I have a crap builders grade a/c unit from a 5 year old home. Initially a few years back I called one of the big televised companies to fix it. I called Harris as a second opinion and they quoted 1/3 of the price. These techs are professional. They take pride in their work, and are super competitive with price points. Because I have builders grade units they know me by name from the amount of times I have had them fix my units. They always give options. And prices have all been cheap and reasonable As a homeowner it’s hard to pocket good contractors. These guys are an ace up my sleeve

Very prompt in scheduling and very quick to arrive. The tech was very knowledgeable and to explain our options. Since our A/C was older, we opted to replace it as opposed to fix the issues. The system came at a fair price.
We were scheduled to have it replaced first thing the next morning and they did show up timely. The whole crew was very polite and did a great job keeping the areas where they were working clean. The job was done very well and our A/C was replaced and up and running late that afternoon.
So glad we found Air Star.
Such a challenge these days it seems to find companies with integrity.
