Adrian was our savior when our AC broke while it was 100 degrees outside. He was able to quickly find the issue, get it resolved, and even gave us tips to keep it running more efficient in the future!

I called them on a holiday (Friday) evening about an AC problem in a Condo which I rent out. It wasn't an 'emergency' to my Tenants so first thing Monday morning was fine. All American arranged everything with my tenants. Cody arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem which was a drain switch shutting off the system due to clogged condensate drain. He cleaned out the drain and showed my tenants how to do this themselves quarterly to keep the issue from happening again. The tenants and I were very happy with the service. The price was very reasonable. I will use All American AC & Heating again if the need arises

Adrian was very quick and helpful. He gave me a lot of good recommendations for how to keep my AC free of leaking. I used to use another company last year, but have learned more in one visit with Adrian, than six or more with the other company. Very happy and enjoyable experience, which can be rare sometimes. I’m hoping that my AC won’t have any more issues, but it feels good to know that if it does, I will be well taken care of. Thank you!

Came out with one days notice and fixed my mini splits quickly and effectively. Adrian was knowledgeable and made sure I knew what the issue was and was transparent with what he was doing. Would highly recommend, couldn't have asked for better service!

Grason and Adrian came over to fix our unit it wasn’t blowing air and it was really cold upstairs my parents called them they came out and where supper nice and very courteous and super nice and problem was resolved.

Great company, highly recommend. Adrian got my ac fixed up after many other ac guys kept giving me fake diagnostics and the run around. He stayed at the house to make sure it was working and didn’t leave until 9 pm (well after the company closes) to make sure the job was done and he got me back and running.
Adrian is awesome def ask for him if you can (I don’t know if that’s how it works) from the people on the phone to the technicians this company is top notch. I was stuck at 89 degrees inside the house before they replaced fan motor.

Extremely happy with the service I received from All American AC & Heating. Their customer service is outstanding, Grayson went out of his way to personally help me resolve a warranty discrepancy between the AC manufacturer and the home warranty company. After numerous phone calls and run arounds he was able to help me get them to honor the warranty for both parts and labor saving me from paying the repairs out of pocket. Highly recommend!

Adrian and his crew are professionals and know what they are doing. He is honest and fair. I trust him 100 %. He installed two mini split units for me and they work beautifully. He also installed a central air unit. You will never find a better company.
