This is the best AC company ever! They've been servicing our home and business for the past 5 years and are exemplary. Their technicians, especially Miguel and Marvin, are professional, friendly and prompt! And their pricing is competitive. Highly recommend!

Juan came out and took care of a clogged drain in our AC and sinks. Very professional, friendly, and they called and came out the same day needed. I would highly recommend this company.

ABOVE AND BEYOND! I can not say enough good things! Very respectful, extremely hard working, good pricing, considerate of what was important to fix and what could wait, a one stop shop for getting my older home up to date and not breaking the bank doing so. I love all the ''made in America" options! As a parent of young kids and pets, they were constantly making sure they were not in their way. They are the only ones I use!

Wonderful service. Chris and Miguel came to the rescue when we discovered a leak in our ceiling. They diagnosed the problem in our AC quickly and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner. We will definitely call them again for any future issues.

I got a new A/C unit with Spring Branch A/C and am very pleased with the quality and service. Marvin serviced my home. He answered all questions and I hope he is assigned to my home the next time.

Chris and his team run a smooth operation I needed my A/C blower motor replaced and was able to get schedule in the next day, we had a small issue with getting it replaced but Chris was great at following up and making sure that everything was working. I'll be definitely recommending them to our Condominium Community

Scheduling was easy and fast and the tech was very nice and on time, I picked Spring Branch AC because they were open to work on my old unit and fix it.

The owner personnally came to access the situation and suggested what needed to be done. We have been doing business with Spring Branch A/C & Plumbing for over 25 years. Very courteous, resourceful and highly recommend.

Juan did a fantastic job unplugging my condensate drain. I learned about future ways to reduce the chance of the event recurring which I will be trying to arrange with your office shortly.

The tech was polite, efficient and professional. He helped me at the end to understand how to problem solve if something else goes wrong with my water heater.

Garage door spring failed over weekend.

Spring Branch was an easy call and they were on it. Samuel did a great job replacing springs and rollers and making appropriate adjustments.

Cannot say enough good things about Chris Crawford and his team at Spring Branch. Been using them since 2022 and they never disappoint.

Love this company and the people are wonderful. Skilled, professional, trustworthy and always fair and reasonable.

NOTEWORTHY: We are on the bi-annual HVAC inspection on program and love it. Better to have the AC and heat checked out on regular basis.

Fall HVAC inspection just performed by Marvin. Truly a great service to keep things purring along.

They are real deal, straight-forward people who care about their customers.

Casey keeps the scheduling organized and follows up for inspections so customer does not have to think about it. She is great. A true rock star.

Marvin has incredible skills and depth of experience. Gets the work done. Always confident in Marvin. He is also a real -deal rock star.

And just learned from Marvin that in addition to their HVAC and Plumbing services, the company now has a division that does fencing, gates and garage doors (inspections, repairs and replacement if necessary).

HIGHLY recommend.

UPDATE 3/12/25:

Scheduled the bi-annual HVAC system check/tune-up and had new fridge hooked up to water supply.

Great customer service. Honest. Fair pricing. And they genuinely care about their customers.
