I called Marcos AC for air conditioner service. They were respectful of my life schedule and worked with me, around my timeline to get a crew out to my house. The crew was very polite and respectful. Edward came out and quoted what I was requesting. Maintenance and a few repairs plus a future upgrade. He was even able to have his crew do the work the same day. Highly recommend, very fair pricing and extremely knowledgeable. Took time to draw what I had and gave a few options for upgrades. These guys were awesome!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Called at 7:50 on Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend and Marcos was there by 9:30! I was very impressed that the owner was taking service calls on a holiday weekend- treating his employees right and doing the same for me as the customer. He was upfront on pricing and had the parts we needed on the van. We had cold air blowing by 10:15! Marcos showed up in a marked vehicle, uniform and a big photo ID badge clipped on which I think is a nice touch when answering the door to strangers.

Marcos AC installed a new air handler for me a couple of months ago. When my blower motor kicked the dust on a Saturday evening, Marcos was one of only two places to return my call on a Sunday. I talked with Marcos for awhile about my options and he is a very laid back guy - no BS, no pushiness. He came out, took a look, and said the unit was repairable, but given the overall condition of the unit I asked him to replace the whole thing. Once that was decided he went to work contacting the manufacturer and secured a new unit by the very next day. His guys were out the following morning to do the install, and they worked quickly. They were very careful taking each air handler up and down my stairs - no nicks in the wall or anything like that. And they left the area pretty clean. My only complaint was that one of them, after a trip to the circuit breaker in my garage, borrowed a step ladder without asking. Not a huge deal - he returned it when he was done. Marcos stopped by at the start and end of the job, which was appreciated, and the final bill stayed within the range we had previously discussed (albeit at the top end). Many weeks later my A/C is nice and cool on these hot July days and I'm satisfied with the outcome. I'd call Marcos again for my future HVAC needs.

I had my first interaction with Marcos' AC in the summer of 2019 when my coil was freezing over. They were out the same day to diagnose the issue and gave us several options in our to make my wife feel more comfortable. When I asked Marcos which option he would choose, he chose the least expensive of the three. That was a big trust component for me because may businesses use fear as a selling tool Marcos was able to explain everything in layman's terms. Marcos and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. His pricing is very fair as well. I would not hesitate to refer his company to any of my friends and family.

Mr Marcos has been my AC guy since the eighties. Has redone several of my outside units and air handlers on houses we have lived in in the past. His sons now help him run the business. All his help have been well trained and schooled on the latest technology. Marcos will do your work for the best price, quickest response and will do only what is required or requested by you. You will NOT do better (price or performance) than Marcos... !

After having bad luck and being ripped off by two other ac companies, I was lucky to be introduced to Marcos' AC & Heating company. They were prompt, courteous and informative with the issues at hand. His technicians worked efficiently with both of my ac units I have needed replaced over the years.
What I am most pleased with though is I have recommended this company time and again to my friends and my clients and they have been as satisfied with this company as I am!

Marcos took his time to explain how the process works, gave me different options on the product i can choose from. HVAC installation is not an easy project, i had to choose from 3 different companies. Their price is way better than the other company i spoke with. They install my AC the next day. The technician that he sent was very efficient . I'll for sure hire them again when my other AC needs replacement. Thank you guys!
