Adrian and his team were fantastic, they had our ac back up and running within an hour. Very quick and efficient, would highly recommended.

I had one of the worst experiences with this company, and I want to warn others before they waste their money. Choice Home Warranty assigned them to me for service, but it was a huge mistake.

Here’s what happened:

My house was not cooling properly and the drain line kept backing up.

The tech only halfway climbed into the attic—he didn’t fully inspect the issue.

He told me I needed a new R22 expansion valve, but my unit doesn’t even have one.

He said I needed an isolation valve, which is not required at all—it’s only an optional add-on.

He completely missed the real issue, which was simple: a piece of ductwork had fallen off (tape came undone) and the drain line wasn’t properly sloped, causing water to back up.

They gave me a false and incompetent estimate of $1,155 for repairs that weren’t even needed.

It looks like they work hand-in-hand with Choice Home Warranty to get your service fee, push for unnecessary repairs, and set things up so your claim is denied.

When I complained, I was told I wouldn’t get a refund because “the tech came out,” even though the estimate was completely wrong.

I later had a local company come out, and they found and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes.

They take your money, give false information, and leave you with the same problem you started with.

Save yourself the stress, time, and money—DO NOT USE THEM.

I have been having a lot of trouble with my old AC, constantly needed to get drained. Thanks to Andres’ help, it was easy to set up the appointment. He was very accommodating and gave me feedback on what was best. A big thanks to the set up team for doing it quickly. I recommend All American AC & Heating to anyone having any ac troubles.

They installed a 1.5 ton A/C mini split unit in my garage and I couldn’t be happier. The installation was done in a timely manner and the communication was excellent (it was very easy to get someone on the phone either by calling or text). Pricing was very affordable and they didn’t try to up-sale me. I am overall very pleased and will definitely be referring them to anyone I can.

I can’t say enough good things about Andrian and All American AC & Heating, LLC. Andy has been taking care of my HVAC needs for quite some time now, providing routine service and maintenance for my AC units and furnace, and the experience has been nothing but excellent every single time.

I never feel rushed or pressured into unnecessary repairs, which is something that’s hard to find these days. Most recently, Andrian performed routine maintenance on my furnace, and once again the service was outstanding. Andrian has also installed a mini split AC unit in my garage, which I use as a gym, and the results have been excellent. The system works perfectly, looks clean and professional, and has completely transformed the space. You can tell he takes pride in his work and treats your home like it’s his own.

Andrian is punctual, responsive, and dependable. He shows up when he says he will, communicates clearly, and leaves the work area clean. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with great customer service, but Andy absolutely does.

Adrian went over to my rental property on Sunday to get my tenants air conditioner working again. I was prepared to pay for a whole new system, but he recommended a very reasonably priced repair. What a delight to work with straight-shooting people who have a habit of high level of customer service!

Got our furnace repaired in no time, transformer, capacitor, blower motor all replaced expertly, even washed out the outside condenser casing and cleaned up any mess created. Well worth the cost and also gave us a sweet bargain price too. 3 cheers to the crew. Daniel.

Absolutely amazing work, they worked non stop for almost 12 hours. Very clean and great communication.
We had our furnace, ac and ac ducts all redone and it like I have a brand new home.
They even put a new slab down to level out the ac unit.

I called this company at 9pm at night to check on my heater, I didn't think they would answer my call till next morning, but surprisingly they came that same night,, this was awesome. They told me that my gas furnace was 20 years old, so parts was limited, so they gave me a qoute on a brand new system, and was a price within my budget,, so i went ahead and let them replace it, it took them that same night to install that brand new system, i was very pleased and very suprise that i didn't have to wait, next day or even days to be warm again.. im very thankful for them, five stars all the way. Grayson helped our family from start to finish, and was a point of contact for me when our downstairs AC unit went out. He helped us get the financing, set up service and even stayed in contact for the first week after to ensure our unit was running and efficient. Adrian, the technician and his team were just as nice, courteous and efficient. Although it took multiple hours to install the new unit, Adrian & his team laid mats to keep our carpet clean when they needed to go back and forth in the home. Awesome company! John and Grayson were super helpful getting our service setup with American Home Shield and finding parts for us last minute before a big winter storm hit. The tech who came out, Jacob, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked very efficiently and was respectful of our home. Look forward to working with them again next week for part two of our hvac repair!

Lost my AC during Hurricane Beryl and got a few quotes and was impressed with the technician Marvin that came out. Decided based on him to give Spring Branch AC a try as he explained everything they would do and made me comfortable. Had a few conversations with the owner Chris and set up a time to install a complete HVAC system. Unfortunately I had to be out of town for work, but my teenage son was there during the install and everything worked out. Very professional crew and got the job done right. Highly recommend!!
