Hurricane Beryl nicely left a huge tree branch on both of my outside compressors. Spring Branch came out the very next day and gave an estimate and installed two units two days later. Not only thoroughly competent and quick, their technicians are very nice and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them!

Spring Branch A/C & Plumbing was out this week and as usual they did an outstanding job! Replaced the ceiling vent and redirected the return in the attic. I have to say Juan is always timely and courteous! It was a wonderful experience as always and I truly appreciate his professionalism. It’s hard finding a company that actually provides great customer service and excellence in work these days, and they continue to demonstrate both. I’d recommend them to anyone and continue to look forward to a long and successful partnership, thank you.

I was authorized for an electric water heater replacement under Rheem's 6-year warranty. Chris from AC Repair Spring Branch informed me it could be installed for no less than $1500. I expressed reservations about that price, and he gets aggressive with me and hangs up the phone.

I decided to try installing the water heater myself and all that was involved in the installation was;

1. reattaching two threaded water pipes
2. slicing a CPVC pipe (hot water pressure relief) in half and cementing it back with a coupler
3. attaching two wires with wire connecters

It's about an hour's worth of work and it's not worth $1500. There are other service companies that ask for photos of your appliance to provide an estimate based on the work that has to be done. You may want to find a service company that has a pricing structure that will work for you before committing to $1500+ because this guy will rip you off.

As always, Spring Branch AC has done a fabulous job. I've been using them for over 30 years. This time my need was for them to answer to a home inspection. They came on short notice and provided their review/report for the sell of our home to continue on. Thank you Marvin! Thanks for always being so kind and for doing such a great job. Absolute joy to work with. Prompt and concise. Made sure I was aware of the techs time. When you have to have a window of time for each appt it'd great to know where the tech is in regards to your appt. Top Notch and highly recommend!

He came in diagnosed the problem and made sure that I had a good understanding of the situation. On top of that, he was well equipped and was able to resolve my issue within an hour!

This is the only AC company anyone should use in our area. The number of times Chris has called me to address an issue off-hours is too numerous to count. They have done phenomenal work at extremely fair prices, shown up when they were supposed to, and always exceeded our expectations. I could not recommend them enough and they are the only people I would call for an HVAC issue.

Chris was an awesome guy once we have call about our plumbing issue. He was very professional and friendly over the phone. On the day of Service; our technician Juan H. was on time and very clean and very professional. He came in and answering our question and went right to work. He wasn't here very long and fix our problem. We got recommended this great Company through our neighbor. We will be using this company for our need on our house. Spring Branch AC came to our rescue to install a dryer in-line duct exhaust fan in our attic. We had removed the old one some time ago which was not a good thing to do and of course, it impacted the dryer's ability to work well. Chris (owner) was quick to respond to our call, found the required unit and scheduled the installation quickly. The technician that came out was very professional, had many years experience with SB AC and got it done.

They did have to return to "tweak" the installation with a unique problem with the sensitivity of the exhaust unit to detect the dryer was on and to start up and pull air through the dryer exhaust fan. The technician that did the initial installation came to do the adjustment. He was relentless in finding what was causing the unit to inadvertently turn off which was a blockage in the vent pipe. We were so appreciative of his focus on our satisfaction and ensuring that he did not leave until the problem was solved and the unit fully functional! Very grateful to be able to dry clothes without running them through multiple cycles to get them dry!

The entire company is just as proactive and attentive as our technician. Strong focus on customer satisfaction, highly professional employees that know their stuff, and fair pricing. We highly recommend them!

I paid Chris 150 to come by and diagnose my AC. He informed me (incorrectly) my blower motor was bad, then said over 1k to replace.
So I decided to do it myself and buy the motor and put it in, (way cheaper). Still didn’t work. So I use my multimeter to diagnose the real problem and I could also see with my eyes the board is fried. So I replace the board and now my AC works. I bench test the old motor and it still works.

So after all this I call Chris to see if I can get my diagnostic fee back since he was wrong and I spent money on a motor for nothing… not only did he say no, he laughed a couple times during our conversation. He said it’s basically my fault for not following through with him to replace the motor and I would have then gotten a free motor once they saw the actual problem.
How does this make sense?

Not only are they way over priced, he refused to give my money back and laughed at a customer.

We will need to be replacing our whole system soon, I know who we WON’T be calling.
