I have used Marcos AC on multiple occasions and they have been exceptional. They put in a full system top to bottom; the price was great and the service was awesome. Example: they fill out and submit all of the warranty information for you as a small way to make the experience easier. More importantly the install was professional and Marcos is great to deal with. I blow him up with texts all the time with questions or quick quotes.

Marcos A/C was exemplary. My wife and I really felt heard and understood by Marcos, his brother, and father. We felt no desperation or tricks when we discussed our purchase with the Marcos team - just help on what we needed done. We love that it's a real-family-business here in Houston! Feels so great that we don't have to shop around for A/C vendors any longer. Marcos A/C is the place to go.

Marcos SA has just supplied XR16 Trane AC to our home with competitive price. The team was on time to start the services. After services, additional 2 visits were requested to ensure proper function of the machine. All done with rapid response. Marcos care about customer needs and does all the best efforts to have a smooth experience. Definitely, I would recommend Marcos AC. A family owned company which works with significant transparency.

I've used them for forever, they are always honest, efficient, and go the extra mile. Today, they came within a few hours of my first call, communication is great so you know when they're coming, then they found the problem quickly and even took care of dealing with my warranty for me so all I had to pay was service and labor! Strongly recommend if you need a great A/C company!

We used Marcos' AC & Heating Services to replace our A/C and furnace and they did an exceptional job. The whole process went smoothly; from the quote to following up after installation. I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Marcos AC and Heating for what should have been routine contractual services. They visited for preventative maintenance on our unit saying it was fine yet, within twenty-four hours, the unit failed completely. This level of incompetence would be frustrating on its own, but it was exacerbated by their abysmal customer service.

When the unit failed, I attempted to contact Marcos AC and Heating multiple times. They kept saying they’re on the way, we are the next stop but eventually failed to answer their phones, provide any updates, or show up to address the issue. This lack of communication and follow-through not only left us with a non-functional unit but also resulted in a significant loss of customers, impacting our business operations severely.

This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable and should not be tolerated by any customer. Marcos AC and Heating's unreliability and lack of responsibility will leave you with more problems than you started with. I strongly advise against using their services.

Potential customers should not be fooled by their reviews. It's very simple to get high Google reviews these days, and the only thing that separates one AC company from another is customer service and communication. It's that simple.

As another business owner understand the importance of reviews and hate to leave a negative one, however this level of negligence is a slap in the face.

Marcos took time to explain every step of the process I should expect during the installation of the heating and AC unit. No question was too small for Marcos to answer in detail to build my knowledge of product and services. I was given several choices of top performing units to choose from, and he reviewed the differences in all of them for me.
His team arrived on time, professional, courteous and efficient.

We’ve been Marcos’ customers for 6 years now. The first time I was referred to him, texted him because our A/C was out and he had a crew to our house within an hour. Since that time, his team has kept our A/Cs maintained and he’s continued to be very responsive if we ever have issues. Highly recommend!

Update June 2024: Capacitors on both our condensers went out within days of each other. Edward came out twice in 24 hours and had us back up and running in <20 minutes each time. Highly recommend (again)!

The whole experience was great. I called on a Saturday because the AC was not cooling. Marcos Sr. showed up in about 20 minutes and fixed the system temporarily even though I needed a new one. Marcos Jr. came out a few days later for the new install and they credited all the money I had paid towards the cost of the new system. The whole crew and the lady at the shop were very professional and polite. I will recommend them to others.

We hired Marcos AC to replace all of our ductwork and do a few other things to help our HVAC and they did a fantastic job! They are very professional, friendly, and clearly experts in the field. They did great work at a fair price and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone who needs work.

Alex and Marcos AC are awesome!!! We kept getting the runaround and no clear answer from our home builder’s AC company. Our year warranty is almost up and we were still having problems with our AC. We decided to call Marcos AC; they installed a new AC unit at our old house and we knew we could trust them. Alex and another tech came out, both very nice and polite. After their inspection, we were given clear answers as to what was working, what wasn’t working and why, answers and explanations to our questions, and our options. We know the builder will only do the minimum required. So when we decide on which option to choose to improve our AC, we know to call Marcos AC to come back out and take care of us.

I've been using Marcos AC for the past couple of years and they have always done a great job! We use them for routine maintenance and they recently replaced the old unit in our attic over the summer. Once it was time to replace it, I gave Edward a call and he got us on the schedule right away. I could not be happier with their customer service. They're a top notch company and super easy to get a hold of. I will continue to refer my friends and family to Marcos AC. They are the best!!

Marcos AC has taken care of our air conditioning and heating for 20 + years now and we wouldn’t have it any other way! They are always responsive and their service is excellent. They took time to review our needs and options recently when we lost an old unit during the freeze. We decided to replace it and we’re very pleased with our new installation and the tutorials on learning the new, more modern thermostat! They’re a great company!

Marcos' AC was great. They were professional, friendly, and competitively priced with the best financing. (0%!) We replaced both units after our downstairs unit died. We decided on a Saturday and they were installing the following Monday. Mike H. was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond with his customer service. Marcos AC and Heating is Fabulous! I had the best service for my fall heater check today than I have ever had! Allan arrived on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain everything he did. Marcos A/C exceeded my expectations with their customer service and professionalism. I was able to have a quote within 1 day for a whole new system. His pricing is very competitive when comparing to others I quoted, and in most cases offered a better packaged solution. During the quote visit Marcos was very thorough, looking at the entire system and explained my options in detail. Something I did not expect was him sharing his knowledge on how to properly maintain an A/C system, something other contractors did not even care to mention. The installation took 1 day and they carefully removed the old equipment, hauled the trash and made sure there was no damage done to the house. They also took the time to setup a new smart thermostat and even showed me the features. Two weeks after install, I even received all the extended warranty paper work for my new system, something they do as a courtesy (rather than having the homeowner submit everything).

After installation Marcos followed up to make sure everything is working as expected to ensure we are still happy with the way our house is cooling, especially now that we are entering the summer months. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them in the future.
