Marco’s AC is an EXCELLENT company to do business with!
They installed a whole house ac unit about 10 years ago, and have done a great job at servicing it.

Got a new system for a great price and it was very easy to purchase. Marco is very knowledgeable and offered a lot of additional improvements. Very impressed with the techs who installed it and they were very careful in removing the old system. I am very happy with the new system and the warranty that covers labor and parts. Highly recommended; you can’t go wrong with this company!! Won’t have to worry about A/C for many years to come!!

I have been using Marco's AC & Heating for over 25 years. I've watched the company grow as Marco's sons are now in charge of the operations and do a great job. Marco's has replaced or fixed the air conditioning and heating in three of our current and previous homes. We have always had good, honest service and would highly recommend them for the professional and ethically behavior. They have always been honest and truthful with their diagnostics, recommendations and estimates. Last year, we used Marco's to add insulation to our attic and they did a fantastic job. I actually noticed the comfort level really improved. My energy bills are not only less, but the house is so much quieter too. I would highly recommend them for all you HVAC and insulation needs.

This group is the real deal! Excellent service, dependable, and honest/fair assessments. I recently had a central air system installed in my 79 year old home. Edward and team were terrific! Thorough work, on time, and superior products. Marcos is now my #1 HVAC folks on Galveston Island. If there was a 6 star rating, I’d provide it.

Omar was great and Mr. Marcos too. We are expecting a baby (wife is 9 months pregnant right now) and noticed our AC was a little off and wanted to get it fixed for summer for the baby's nursery. At Lowes, their HVAC diagnostic said it might take several thousand dollars to fix. Marco's came as a personal recommendation and the service could not have been better. He treated us like family, his guys came over ASAP given our concerns and they really were professional. They got the system all ready and set for baby! And all under 1K. Would give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend Marcos!

Nice, courteous, fair pricing and very prompt service in the same day. This company will definitely have my business going forward. Also, I'm a PTA parent, they have donated to our elementary schools fundraisers. Reach out to them, you won't be disappointed.

Marcos continues to provide courteous and professional technicians. They are my go to guys for heating and AC work. Left them a message on the weekend needing my AC checked out. I was scheduled on Monday afternoon, part ordered and fixed Tuesday morning. Alex is a friendly and skilled technician. He’s done AC work for my homes for many, many years.
I’ll continue to use them!

I woke up with a leaking water heater. I called Marcos' AC & Heating Services at 7:35am. A technician was here within an hour, and a new water heater installed by 11:30am.
Definitely recommend!

I have been using Marcos' AC & Heating for 6 years now. They installed my unit in 2013 and have been maintaining it since. This is a great family run company and is an asset to Spring Branch. Thanks again to Marcos' for meeting all of my A/C and heating needs.

Update: I had a gas leak in my house. The gas company came out and disconnected the service at the furnace. I called Marcos around 12:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon and the technician made it over around 4:30 pm on the same afternoon. The technician replaced the damaged supply line, tested the heater, and was done by 5:30 pm. Once again, excellent and prompt service! Thanks again Marcos!

5/30/2024: Had a soft start capacitor added to my compressor and insulation blown into my attic. Superb customer service and great technicians as alway!

My appointment slot was 8:00-12:00. No sign of the tech. I called the office and was told he is running behind and I should expect to hear from him by 12:30. Long story short, he finally came by at 2:30 and fixed my problem. He was very nice and did a good job.

Would appreciate, in the future, if the office if the tech can let the customer know if they are running late.

Everything was great! Very friendly and professional! I was surprised with how quickly they were able to get out to complete the demo and install especially with us expecting baby boy soon! Definitely recommend Edward, Omar and their team! They explained everything very well and provided their personal and professional recommendations! They also left the house clean from all of the demo in the attic and bedroom with the new install that took place! 10/10!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star – Buyer Beware

We had a full HVAC replacement completed by Marco’s Air Conditioning and Heating, and after nearly a year — and a third-party inspection — we discovered that what was installed was not what we agreed to and signed for in our contract.

When we brought this to Marco’s attention, they refused to stand behind the written agreement. Instead of correcting the issue, they disputed responsibility, which ultimately forced us to involve an attorney. Even then, they continued to resist resolving the matter.

Additionally, we later learned that no permits were pulled for the installation. Marco’s position was that it was our responsibility to request permits and ensure everything was up to code — something we believe should absolutely be handled by a licensed HVAC company performing a full system replacement.

To make matters worse, our credit card was charged for services that we believe were not properly delivered according to the contract.

This experience has been stressful, costly, and extremely disappointing. I would never recommend Marco’s Air Conditioning and Heating and will never use them again. If you choose to work with this company, verify every detail in writing, confirm permits are pulled, and closely monitor all charges.

Buyer beware.

Marco’s A/C, I disagree with several statements in your response.

To date, I have not been provided clear documentation showing that the proper permits were pulled at the time of installation. If permits truly exist, they should be easy to produce with permit numbers and filing dates. Simply stating they were pulled does not resolve the concern, especially when this should have been handled transparently from the start.

In addition, we were never provided with manuals, operating instructions, or basic documentation for the HVAC system after installation. That is standard information homeowners should receive and is part of ensuring a customer can properly operate and maintain their system.

Simply retrofitting a system that is oversized for the home does not mean it will operate correctly or meets proper installation or performance standards.

My experience has not reflected the level of communication, organization, or follow-through described in your reply. Public assurances are not a substitute for proper documentation, abiding to contracts and professional completion of required steps.

Very knowledgeable team and will go above and beyond to make sure issue is resolved. I had them fix my furnace the same day with fair pricing although the issue was very complex. Will give you multiple options and give you time to consider. Edward is very passionate about what he does and makes sure to explain everything he is doing and take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. Highly recommend to use this company.

I found Marco’s AC when my 16 year old AC was dying. I could not be more pleased with their evaluation of my entire HVAC system. I replaced my old single stage AC and furnace with variable speed communicating units. Marco’s repaired and revised my ductwork during the process and added another return to improve overall airflow. I feel my HVAC needs are in very capable hands, which is really important to those of us who endure brutal Gulf Coast heat and humidity during Houston summers! The service I received from every Marco’s technician has been stellar. Thank you, Marco’s for your excellent work!

Marcos AC & Heating did an excellent job for us. They were on time, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. The work was done quickly and correctly without cutting corners, and the tech explained everything clearly. Pricing was fair and communication was solid throughout the entire process. Highly recommend if you want the job done right the first time.

George did an excellent job troubleshooting our HVAC system. Importantly, he was honest, thorough, and extremely fair in both his assessment and pricing. What really stood out was his responsiveness—he was able to come out the same day and get our unit up and running immediately. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and trustworthy.
