Michael, our repairman, was extremely professional. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and had good communication skills. He took the time to show me photos of his work and reassured me our heater was working properly.

Victor was very helpful and explaining to me how your company works and what was going on with my AC. He also had someone at my house changed my filter because his ladder was not working. He is a very hard worker and I can't praise him enough for all his help. He was super easy to work with!

We have been very pleased with One Hour Heating & Cooling. The quality of the technicians is excellent. And their quick response when we call is outstanding.
The technician we had last night was another example. Erick did a great job - correcting the mistake one of us had made while adjusting the thermostat thus creating a program we didn’t want but didn’t know how to undo.
Erick was proficient and kind. He laughed with us and showed us how to correct the mistake, should we push the wrong buttons again. We appreciated his knowledge, support and kindness. Great technician!!

Very good service. Joshua was very professional and helpful spending a good amount of time explaining our HVAC system. Requested an updated thermostat since mine is 14 years old. He will check with Carrier to see which thermostat is compatible with my installation and price

1/6/25 Joe Tuyishime came out today to perform our heater maintenance on 2 units. He was prompt, friendly, respectful and very professional. He explained what he planned to do and completed the service in a timely manner.
Although I was never notified in the fall to schedule an appointment, I called this morning and they set up a same day appointment and Bruce was here within 2 hours after I called.
I have been a customer for close to 10 years.

Juan was great!! Given the time our AC went out over Christmas, Juan tried everything he could to get us the parts we needed to get back to normal. He was very knowledgeable of what was needed and was easy to get along with. If you need emergency services for your HVAC unit, I would recommend this place.

This review is for an initial appointment to simply assess the operation and condition of my A/C unit. Winston came out to look at my existing unit and run a few diagnostic tests. He was very professional and personable, and I was impressed with how efficiently he worked and with his technical knowledge . Very pleased with the services provided by Jacorey Bailey from One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. The condensation overspill from the internal pan to the attic plywood floor and overwhelm the blower section insulation. Jacorey has diagnosed, removed the condensation, unclogged the drain pipe connecting to the internal pan. He even returned the next day to ensure no water leaking and checked the system operation, explain to us certain setting to follow, before leaving. One thing he forgot to do is to leave his phone number. I woul like to keep Jacorey Bailey as my point contact at One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating, a good HVAC service company.
