Htown sent their AC tech and found a failing capacitor which I had replaced. Then later that day the unit began to turn off periodically so he came back the next day and discovered a clogged drain line. He forced compressed air & cleaning solution into the line which took care of the problem, then did the same to our other unit’s drain line on my request. No problems since. I highly recommend their business. They come out quickly and their people are friendly & know their business.

This company values honesty. The fan on my ac unit was not blowing and I feared the worst. Anthony from H-Town AC Repair called and asked if he could arrive early for our appointment, which was great. He went into the attic to inspect the furnace and quickly discovered that a power switch had been turned off and that was all there was to it! (By the way, a plumber from John Moore Services was responsible for turning off the switch when he was here yesterday giving me an outrageously expensive estimate for some plumbing repairs). Other AC companies may have tried to talk me into something I didn't need....but H-Town proved to me that they are honest. They will be my go-to AC repair company in the future.

Can’t say enough positive things about my experience! A/C went out mid day on Father’s Day; contacted H-Town HVAC and they scheduled an appointment for 9:00am Monday morning. At 8:40am, I received a call from my assigned technician, Anthony, telling me that he was in route to my home and that he would be there in approximately 15 minutes. When he arrived, I gave him a brief overview of what was happening and he quickly went to work. In less than an hour, Anthony had the issue resolved and my A/C blowing cold again. All of the core service attributes were exhibited by Anthony:

We have had AC issues for years with uneven cooling - warm in some rooms and freezing in others. I did a lot of research looking at reviews to find a company that knows their stuff and is honest. H-town reviews convinced me. We had 3 technicians here yesterday to service our unit and fix the vent routing in the attic, and those nice guys made all my dreams come true. Plus the cost was fair for the work, and they did not try to upsell me on other services. A+

PS - they also cleaned up after their work. This old gal is one happy camper!

No communication and not reliable at all. Waited for almost an hour just to be told it would be another few hours. It would be nice if I could have gotten that notice an hour ago! People do carve out time for stuff like this. Respect people’s time!

Was able to call and have Alex come out within a few hours. He was able to fix the problem quickly for a fair price, and was also very informative and helpful, even offering tips to help with the units efficiency. Alex really knows his stuff and treats the customer straight up and with respect unlike some other scummy companies. They have earned a returning customer with me and I would highly recommend H-Town AC repair!

Woke with upstairs blowing hot air. Called H-Town and they were at my place within a couple hours time. Techs Anthony assessed the situation and called for logistical backup from his colleague, Billy. These guys had me up and running again within a few hours. Definitely reccommend them and will use them in the future.

After frustrations with other AC maintenance companies, I have been thoroughly delighted with the H-Town team. Everyone is professional and has helped maintain our AC unit for several years. They are quick to respond and show up as scheduled! That is the reason I fired Church’s, who installed the unit. Today, Erik was available to do our spring maintenance, and arrived early, which was fine as he had communicated that to me. He did a great job and now I don’t need to worry about the coming summer heat. I highly recommend this team to take care of your AC needs!

H-Town team was very professional and efficient when it came to fixing my issue. Cesar was very friendly and informed me of what he needed to do to fix it. He even called a few of his co-workers to make sure the issue would be 100% fixed. I like that because it shows that they do not want to leave a job without fixing the problem. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan and will use them for any HVAC issues I have moving forward.

I can not say enough good things about this business. A few years ago they installed our brand new ac unit and were extremely friendly, efficient, and all promises were kept. The unit has been working flawlessly.

But what has really impressed me is when we called them out just for simple maintenance before the summer hit they were again super nice, on time, explained everything they checked and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Complete professionals.

Just recently we had a leak in our ceiling that we thought was coming from the A/C unit. After filling our their online form I received a call in less than 10 minutes to schedule a next day morning appointment. This is on a holiday week, too! Talk about being on top of it and caring. Well, as it turns out I cancelled my appointment because we found out it was not an AC unit problem and we were able to fix it ourselves. But again, H Town AC Repair called to make sure we were good, even gave us a number for one of their plumbers in case we needed any assistance.

I'm not sure where they receive their training and customer service from, but it's simply amazing. It is rare to find this in a company, much less in the home repair type business. Most places feel a bit sleazy but H Town AC Repair is the opposite. They feel like a partner that you can count on. They will continue to receive my business.

Every other HVAC company that has come to our house has tried to sell us a full replacement, saying that our system is outdated, or they wouldn't be willing to service it. Anthony came out, inspected our furnace, and never tried to upsell us on anything. He was honest, timely, and took a genuine interest in our issues. Even though they weren't able to diagnose the problem (it wasn't an HVAC issue), Anthony called back 30 minutes after leaving with some ideas about the next steps we could take. I've never had a company call back after an appointment when they weren't following up on a quote. These guys are the real deal.

H-Town AC Repair Provided Exceptional Service. They were ontime, and kept me posted on the exact time te technician would be arriving.

My AC is old and on it’s last legs, but no pressure, no sales pitch other than you will need a new AC soon and when you are ready, we are here to help. I received one quote and then asked for a quote for a different brand and then asked for a different model and they were super agreeable.

Having been a customer at my previous AC Repair place for 30 years, and never experiencing this kind of service, I was simply blown away.

This company has always been reliable, quick, fair and honest in their work. I can communicate with them day or night and they respond almost immediately. I have had all sorts of air-conditioning problems and H Town has always been there for me. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
