Revolution Air has been outstanding since we began using them late 2018. They diagnosed and resolved an issue with our furnace that other companies could not and have been just a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone needing an AC company.

AC went down Saturday night and when I reached out on Sunday, Jonathon was able to come by within an hour or so. He was able to quickly correct some wiring complications that were causing issues with the AC, and made a couple additional small improvements to the system. Highly recommend.

Very professional and knowledgeable crews! We have used them a couple times now. We had an emergency A/C issue late at night and several other companies refused to come out. They came out within an hours and fixed the problem! Lower prices than their competitors also!

Wow! I'm blown away by the service and the prices. To set the stage my wife texts me and says the temp is rising but I have the thermostat set low. Oh S@%t is the first thing I think. I call big dogs (those that handle my flips and apartment complexes). Well I'm not getting calls back. I'm panicking because I have 3 kids and one is a newborn. They all are saying they are 24/7 but their answering service says no they are not. They will call you in the morning to schedule a time. I am so cheap but not when it comes to my babies. Well I get a text from the owner of Revolution Air and says I'm 30-45 minutes away. Johnathon shows up and within 20 minutes diags and solves the problem with a price that was way below what I thought was about to hit me in the "cheap pocket". What a friendly young man and smart! Long story short we have a/c, warranties, and would let him watch my kids. Just an outstanding individual. Switching to them for my commercial needs also. If you read this Johnathon please know it was a pleasure to meet you!

The most unprofessional company, I called them because my Geothermal unit stopped working over the weekend. We were out on a family trip, when we came back on Tuesday Morning, we notice A/C was not working, and called the company to schedule a visit.
They schedule the “emergency visit” for Wednesday.
The tech never came on the time window they told us...
Tech never answered the phone, the office didn’t respond to us... I was thinking... maybe is too late. I called this morning thinking that they will put us a priority, since they didn’t show up yesterday... the person who answer the phone, say he will call back, never did. Tech doesn’t respond still. I called 2 times already to follow up. The office didn’t answer the phone... I just called again and the guy just hang the phone saying... I will call you back once I have an answer... I have 2 little kids... my house is an “infierno”
Do not use this company... very disappointed. So far... the worst... when you need them the most. If they cannot make it, that is ok... just be honest with the people who is putting the trust on companies like this.

Came out the next day (on a weekend) and were able to diagnose my system and repair it within an hour. Demonstrated great overall knowledge of the system and explained what they were doing and why. Another contractor had been out the day before and told me I needed a whole new system; through their proper diagnosis they were able to save me a lot of money. I will be using them going forward.

Great experience with bryan, helped my office and fixed an issue quick. Called him one night before and came early morning the next day. No more leaking in the ceiling and air is cooling like its suppose to. Great service and will also educate you on what he is doing and why. 👍👍👍

I’m a new homeowner who had his first issue with my AC. When he came, Jonathan showed me the different components of the HVAC system and took his time to explain my options. He was actively trying to save me money instead of pushing to sell or replace things that just need some TLC. To top it off, he’s a really nice guy! I’m so glad that I gave him a call. Can’t imagine going with anyone else.

Great service! Came out in the middle of the night to fix our AC in less than a half hour. Fixed the problem in 10 minutes and didn’t try to upsell or over charge for a bunch of unnecessary junk. John was super friendly and professional. We will, without a doubt, ONLY use him from now on!

Johnathan has been our technician for two years. He is always on time, or he calls to inform us as to his arrival time.

The company makes it easy to book an appointment either online or by phone. I appreciate the flexibility this gives me.

Johnathan is quite personable and polite. He answers my questions in terms I can understand, and never makes me feel inadequate for asking. I am no expert in HVAC business, but I know that I can trust what he tells me.

I am also impressed with the skill Jonathan has with the technical part of his job. Not only does he know how to troubleshoot problems, he also is a whiz with the WiFi applications that the “smart” thermostats require.

My tech was Jonathan. I didn’t catch his assistants name. They were both great. They got right to work and repaired my AC in about 45 minutes. This all occurred at 10pm in the evening. I am very grateful.

Technician, Jonathan I think his name was, came to our home on Mother's Day Sunday! After calling, he was there within the hour. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had the ac up and running in about an hr. Took the time to explain options and the problems our unit was having. Gave us a great deal! Highly recommend.

It is no exaggeration to say Revolution Air saved our house, and quite possibly, my life. We purchased a charming 50 year old house with the original duct and vent system, and pretty scary looking attic. In the past few years we tried about 4 HVAC contractors that were unreliable, overpriced, sexist, and one who I'm convinced showed up drunk. Just when we are at our complete wit's end....enter Revolution Air: Jonathan Rivera and his apprentice Remington. Replacing the entire 50 year old duct and vent system, and getting more mileage out of an aging unit and condenser is no easy feat, but Revolution Air was up to the task, and we will never call another contractor for our system. It was a long and complicated project, but Jonathan communicated every step on the way, and is simply just passionate about making people's homes as clean and comfortable as they can be. He and Remington worked odd days and hours to accommodate our schedule and left the house clean every day. Which is a miracle considering the nasty stuff that came out of our attic. Jonathan has a passion for a well designed system, and very patiently explained the components of everything to make simple maintenance tasks DIY-friendly for us. The insulators he used, Guillen Insulation, was also fantastic and a pleasure to work with. We could not be more pleased with our new mold-free, fresh and breezy house, a quieter unit, and better efficiency in our system. Jonathan pays attention to the details, both functional and aesthetic. If we could give 10 stars to Revolution, we would.

Words cannot describe how wonderful this company is. I place a very high value on affordability, honesty, integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism... and Revolution Air did not disappoint! The service is second to none. Found, addressed, and fixed issues swiftly and correctly and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. The dogs are enjoying a safe, cool kennel. I will definitely be using them from now on and will recommend to everyone. 10 stars.

I contacted Jonathan late Saturday evening and he came to my home immediately.. I explained to him that my a/c unit was blowing hot air..he accessed the problem and was very knowledgeable and thorough..He had the unit and going in no time. His honesty was priceless and I would highly recommend him to anyone who need a very good technician...

What an unexpected delight to have Jonathan and his assistant come to my house about 10:30 PM to rescue my family and me from 88 degree heat indoors, down from 91 degrees three hours earlier. I was reluctant to call so late, but at the insistence of my sister, I did. Within two hours or so, they made the trip across Houston to my home and had completed the needed repairs. We are now so comfortable.
What a blessing to have such polite and capable young men to come from such a long distance at such a late hour to treat me and my family as if we were the only customers they have. May God bless them and help them to continue to grow their business.

Jonathan was excellent to work with. He accommodated fixing an AC on the fritz at 10pm. Once he arrived (very promptly!) the AC turned itself back on. Figures. But he took the time to look over the whole system and give great recommendations.

I found out about them through Amazon. Amazon sent them to install my thermostat and THEY WERE AMAZING. So good, I cancelled my home warranty and stuck with their service plans. They have my servicing my AC ever since. I even bought a new AC system through them. They had the best prices and offered great financing

GREAT COMPANY! EXCELLENT TECH! Jonathan was our technician & was fabulous. Not only did he provide same day service but he was knowledgeable, provided explanations of the problem & what he did to resolves it & did a little extra for no additional cost. Revolution Air is exceptionally professional & excels at communication as to who will be providing the service & what time through convenient text messages. They also provide a maintenance plan you can sign up for for a nominal monthly fee that will cover your two inspections per year - spring & fall. Yes you should have your units inspected to avoid any larger, more expensive problems down the road. Jonathan will even come out in the middle of the night if needed! Who does that? Revolution Air that’s who.

Absolutely fantastic work by Jonathan. My AC died over the weekend and both my contractor and the contractor assigned to me by home warranty checked the system and essentially condemned it. Both recommended fixes worth $3500 out of pocket (blower wheel, evaporator coil, refrigerant) and advised me to get a new system. I called Jonathan when I was trying to gauge what the average cost of a new system would be. He asked me what the problem was, insisted on coming to check it that night. He came, diagnosed the problem (broken blower wheel) within 30 minutes and recommended fixes. The next day, he returned with a brand new blower wheel, replaced my capacitors for free and within the hour, he had the AC running perfectly. It ran the quietest I had ever heard it in months. Total cost plus labor - $632!!! It’s refreshing to find a contractor who is honest and puts the needs of the customer first. He got my system running within 24 hours of calling him on the phone on a whim. No upselling, just honest feedback... could not ask for better! I’d recommend getting them on retainer to keep your AC running in tip-top shape.
