Alex and Eric did an amazing job fixing my AC at my rental in Houston. They were professional, quick, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Couldn’t ask for better service—highly recommend!

I am very dissatisfied with the way they tore up my lawn. Left it looking like a construction zone very, very , very unhappy. I would not let them run a gas line again. 3000.00 lawn ruined

Incredible service by Alex from htown! Alex was meticulous in checking all 4 of our units, testing and servicing them so we don’t have any issues downstream. We had biannual service before but they were always done quick. With htown, the service was truly superb. They didn’t cut corners and actually checked everything, flushed the lines and cleaned the units. Will definitely be a permanent customer and save htown for any HVAC needs.

When my AC failed, the company I usually use couldn't get to me for 3 days. So, I called H-Town. It was my first time to use them. They showed up within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem. They then had a complete estimate with OEM parts listed within a couple more hours. Shortly thereafter, H-town had my repair scheduled. I think they probably saved me at least 2 days if I had gone with the other company. The technicians were professional. The cost for the initial visit was deducted from my final repair bill. The work seems to be quality. They did a great job of keeping the inside and outside worksites clean and tidy. They communicated timely via email and text and answered the phone when I had a question. The billing was simple and efficient. I will be calling them when I need service in the future.

Excellent response and professionalism. I have previously used them for my rental property. I had to call them out recently b/c my elderly parent's AC went out in 90+ degree weather. They were at their house within 2 hours of my call. My parents stated the technician, Erik, was very professional and thoughtful and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Good to know we still have businesses hiring professional and courteous people to help those in need!

I cannot say enough good things about Eric from H-Town Air Conditioning! My AC stopped working on a sweltering 90-degree day, and it was already 83 degrees inside my condo. I called H-Town, and to my relief, Eric showed up within just 4 hours—on a Saturday! He was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. Eric quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it clearly, and had my AC up and running again in no time. I’m so grateful for his fast response and expertise. Saturday as temperatures dropped to the 20’s our thermostat indicated a system error and furnace shutdown. Called H-Town Sunday morning and got a call back after church. Billy our preferred technician arrived 7:30am Monday morning. Diagnosed as faulty igniter, didn’t have replacement in the van, but after another service call picked up the part and had us back in business before 4pm.
Highly recommend!!

I made an appointment for a second opinion on my A/C as we had just had a huge amount of water damage incurred from the A/C line being clogged. Alex came out and was so professional, informative and helpful. He changed the air filter and did an overall assessment of our A/C. He did not trash talk our current company, did not try to have me change companies and was very kind. I will definitely call H-Town if the need comes and may very well change over to have them perform maintenance.

The person we dealt with was Den. He detected the source of the leak and provided the lowest repair estimate on a Thursday afternoon. The work commenced on Friday as he assured it would. By 3:00 the work was completed and the water started flowing again. Den is a credit to H-Town. I am extremely satisfied with H-Town and recommend them to anyone in need of a plumbing repair.

Had an issue with my gas fireplace. They arrived within an hour of my call, fixed the issue and am
now enjoying having a warm fire during the cool mornings and evenings.
