Amazing everything! I called for help on Wednesday and they were here the next morning. Winter storm on its way Saturday and I felt like my heater wasn't heating well and the technician checked everything and changed the filter in the attic and I got a spare filter for 6 months later. All this at a very reasonable cost. Thank you for helping me do my due diligence before the storm arrives.

We are in a new house in Spring and the heater was not working this morning. Called H Town and they responded immediately with a quick response and a service tech to be dispatched in a couple hours. Anthony was polite and very knowledgeable. Quickly figured out our Nest thermostat was not working, possibly due to the last outage. He left to pick up a new thermostat and got us up and running quickly without any issues.Thanks Anthony for your courtesy, promptness, and knowledge! From the scheduler (Brianna) to the HVAC technician (Jesus), they were very communicative, accommodating, and informative taught me a lot about the current state of the HVAC system during my buyer inspection of a house. Jesus is very skilled at explaining complex terms in an easy to understand manner for folks that don’t work in HVAC and it greatly helped me comprehend the evaluation. He answered any and all questions and was a good teacher. The only thing I would note is, I didn’t receive any numerical measurements of the refrigerant or vent supply and return temperatures. It seemed more like a visual inspection. I received another HVAC inspection from Richmond Air and they were more thorough in that manner. Please give Jesus and Brianna both a raise.

Billy was excellent!!! We had clogged up airways and provided us with lots of good information for maintaining our AC system, and was super helpful and knowledgeable! He fixed our pipes, drained, cleaned and flushed our system all for reasonable price and not overly charged!

I had both AC repair and plumbing work done by this company and was really impressed with how smooth everything went. David Nieves, Alex, and Dan were all fantastic and knowledgeable. They showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and explained every step along the way. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right.
Their pricing was very fair and they were willing to beat all the other quotes I’d gotten. They were quick to respond and honest about what needed to be fixed. It’s hard to find a team that’s this reliable, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend them for both AC and plumbing work.

Excellent First-Time Experience – Honest Pricing and Quality Work

This was my first time using H-Town AC, and I’m so glad I did. The technicians helped me with a float switch installation, drain pan replacement, and re-leveling the unit to ensure proper condensate flow. They clearly knew what they were doing they are professional, friendly, and showed up on time.

I had compared their quote to another AC company, and H-Town charged me only half of what the other provider quoted — for the same job. No upsells, no pressure, just honest, straightforward service.

I have been around long enough to make a good decision based on wisdom. I had been with an A/C Co for over 20 years and I always felt they had my back. In 2025 my A/C went out and I gave the job to my former A/C Co.,I was a VIP.
with my former company they would take care of me.
.I was so very wrong. Yes they put the system in
and messed up big time. The wiring to the the thermostat was all wrong. They spliced the one line 6 times. It was a fire hazard plus very bad for the system. I am a widow and this kind of stuff I don’t understand. So with age and wisdom I found a company that would treat me right.. That Company is H-Town A/C Repair.
My tech was Jesus. He taught me well with the do’s and don’ts and before long I under stood.
They are true professionals, respectful and will take care of you and you will feel good when they walk out your door. So it is a pleasure to recommend H- Town A/C Repair you will be so glad you called them.

H-town did a great job putting in an AC/furnace system in a tight space. My old AC was broken and we needed a new unit. I received many estimates, and theirs was among the best. They were very upfront about pricing and did not try to upsell things I did not need. AC units definitely need to be protected from power surges, but they happily removed that charge to bring the price down and admitted that I did not need the extra surge protector since I have a whole house surge protector on my house electrical panel. I have had other AC companies try to tell me I still needed to get surge protectors on the individual units, but electricians have told me that is not true. The space for the unit is super tight and is located where the lawn service will be bringing equipment back and forth. I asked for suggestions about what I should do, and Dmitry went to Home Depot and built a cover for the copper pipes on the exterior of the outside unit to protect them! I definitely got a sense that they are interested in having happy customers.

We’re so pleased to have found Revolution Air! Smart, responsive and professional service. They strive to be my partner, not a counterparty, where I lose if they win. We’re looking forward to a long, mutually beneficial relationship.

Spent time to troubleshoot the issue instead of putting in a bandaid fix like some of the other companies I've seen. They have kept me up to date on what their progress is while they work with Lennox to obtain a solution for my air handler problem.
After see the way they work and the way they communicate with the customer, I can clearly tell they put their customers first and will go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy.

On top of that, they were gracious enough to come out on a saturday and help fix my leaky air handler issue where most company would have made me stay home on a work day to fit their schedule.

Revolution Air is the best service provider out of EVERY COMPANY that touches our home. Bryan, Jonathan and the entire Revolution Air team provide a level of service that no longer exists. We love the ability to truly book online (you can literally pick a time slot) which helps when we are running around crazy.

We had a unit fail on Mother's Day at ~12:30AM. We had a newborn and multiple guests visiting as we recently had our first child. Revolution Air was onsite in under 24 hours, and our AC is working perfectly.

My ac unit had been out for a day and a half. Jonathan had my ac back up and running within an hour! He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain all my questions.

Weather started to be in our cafe - so AC stopped working completely. I found Revolution Air site on Google and tried to use their online booking. So. .. I would say. Unbelievable! I booked service for replacement fan motor for $600 and as result and didn't pay penny more. No extra charge, no extra service, fair price. And I got great pictures to my email after job done. Coooooolllll!!!! NiceJob guys!!!!

Our system broke down and the first technician we called wasn't able to fix the problem. Jonathan and his crew are very experienced and quickly identified and solved the problem. We're very impressed by their high quality service.

Revolution Air did a excellent job. Bryan made his assessment then proceeded with the install of my ecobee4 thermostat. Always keeping me informed of what needed to be done in order to have the thermostat working properly. He did not only do a great installation job but educated me on the ecobee4 thermostat and how it works. 👍🏻👍🏻
