Jonathan with Revolution Air is superb! He was able to fit me in on a very busy, hot day. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. Being an elderly person with mobility and health issues, he was very calm and gentle with me. By the time he left, I had ice cold AC! I highly recommend Revolution Air!

I called this place to get my Air conditioner repair and every where dlse they where fully booked but not this company they helping me out that day, I have 3 kids and I really needed someone to come out. They send out there AC tech Mary, she was amazing withing minutes she had my ac working and blowing cold air and even explain to me about the warranty they give behind there work and the part they replaced. I will highly recommend them to do any work, I wish I could give them a 10 but Google only allows for 5 stars.

If you are looking for quality work, honest diagnosis, and fast work. Look no further Revolution Air is the only way to go. They are my go to company. My problem was fixed in 10 minutes.
I had an estimate from a different co I had to use because I had to go through my homeowner's warranty co refused to pay repair. The company that came out was going to charge 500 for the work if warranty didn't cover repair and I would have to wait 3 - 4 days for repair.
REV AIR came out same day and fixed it like I said in 10 minutes. LOVE REV AIR!!!!!

I call them my buddies not because I know them personally or hang out with them. I call them my BUDDIES because they are honest and very reasonably priced.

We had the guys from Revolution Air replace our two thermostat's on Saturday. They showed up on time with all the equipment needed to do our installation and setup. They were very professional, did a fantastic job, helped run us through using the smart thermostat, and all for a great price. We plan to use Revolution Air for future AC work and highly recommend their services.

I'm so glad these guys went out on their own. Their previous employer sold out & left us all hanging with a whole different company (much bigger & less service inclined) and without much forewarning.
Jonathan & Bryan did the right thing and made a better company out of their collective work experience. Theie policies are straightforward , their communication is good, and their response times are awesome. They are as 24/7/365 as it gets. I will continue using them as long as I have a place to call home. Thanks.

Jonathan and Brian from Revolution Air were a great recommendation from a friend. In our dealings with them, they have been professional, and quick to respond. They replaced a broken coil in our A/C system and were able to work with their vendors to honor the builder's warranty even though the builder did not register the equipment. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for A/C & Heating work.

After paying for their monthly service fee for almost a year, they came out for the maintenance inspection I scheduled and we discussed repair work that I knew I would need. While on-site, he provided two options and agreed to send a quote for both, but only sent a quote for one option for some reason.

...no big deal right, at least we got one? Well, we agreed to have service performed and accepted the quote through their website. After a couple of weeks of not hearing back from them, I called to accept the quote and get the work done.

Unfortunately since the one who answered the phone isn’t the one who provided the quote, he couldn’t help me (or didn’t want to?) and said he’d have the other guy call me so we can get the work done. Okay, no big deal...except the guy never calls me. So I call back again, and same ole story.

After trying to give them business three times for over a month with no response, I had to go to someone else. Interestingly enough, the new contractor identified what appears to be a better more permanent fix to the AC issue.

Just wish I could get all those $8.95s back (or whatever it is per month to have had them do absolutely nothing).

Side note...before this all went sideways and I thought I still had an AC repair contractor (and as others have noted, the guys are genuinely friendly and good natured; just hadn’t gotten to the part where they don’t want to do any work yet) I referred them to a commercial establishment for a quote.

After quoting approx $12,000 for the annual maintenance services...surprise...they were never heard from again. So, I had the commercial establishment go elsewhere as well.

Just an overall unfortunate and seemingly unnecessary experience with someone who initially seemed like a good company.

Jonathen is a very honest and hard working technician. Fairly priced and will always let you know why and what work he’s performing to get the job done. I appreciate how his bedside manner and I never feel like I’m getting the wool pulled over my eyes, as I have with other companies. When we had to replace both evaporator coils last year, he came at night and over the weekend to make sure we had enough refrigerant to last us until the coils went in. Great guy that goes above and beyond.

I’d reiterate what people are saying about Jonathan. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable about the possible problems with our unit and the corresponding solutions, but I was more impressed with his desire to find the right solution for me and my family. He obviously cared about our well-being (he took a call at 11:30 PM offering multiple solutions for the issue). He also prioritized solutions from need to fix, might need to fix, and fixes that would optimize the unit. He pushed for the first to be completed but remained consultive and transparent for the cost/benefit analysis of the other solutions. The first solution solved the issue and instead of jeering opportunity lost to sell me more services, he cheered for the success.

He’s earned a customer for life in me! Can’t recommend him enough!

Had them out for a service call last year and they couldn't have been more helpful. Immediately put them at the top of my list for future work.
Called them back out a month ago to quote a new system. After the initial walkthrough and visit with the expectation of a quote by end of the week... Crickets since. Completely ghosted when I really wanted to keep doing business with these guys.

Can’t speak highly enough of Jonathan and Revolution. They came out on a Sunday, within 24 hours of calling, to diagnose our AC issues. He was efficient, thorough, professional, and happily explained what was going on with my system. After identifying the root cause (evaporator coil leaking fluid) he walked me through all of my options, and helped me identify that my system was under manufacturer warranty. He never once pushed Revolution on me, just explained what they could do for me, but gave me all the info I would need (serial #s, etc) in one place should I choose to go in another direction. I appreciate his transparency and dedication, especially on a Sunday in the brutal Houston heat. Revolution is lucky to have him as an employee.

Jonathan went above and beyond the original service request and proactively fixed a HVAC issue that a previous technician (from another company) had made.

I cannot recommend this company enough. It was so convenient to schedule online. I received a text to let me know who would be coming. They would have come earlier than the scheduled time but I was not available. Jonathan, who was also the owner explained to me what was wrong and what I need to have fixed. His crew works on weekends which was great so I did not have to take more time off work. They were prompt. They wore shoe covers and covered my floors with tarp. which I appreciated. I'm very happy to have them taking care of my AC.

Jonathon repaired my air handler motherboard issue last November and we agreed on $280 after I submitted the information he needed to verify warranty of the motherboard from the previous homeowner. I provided payment in full last November (I keep receipts of everything) then low and behold I get a new invoice yesterday saying I owe more money. This is absurd. I sent a message over 24 hours ago and have yet to receive a response. Shady business tactics at it's finest here IMO. The amount of good reviews is astonishing and strange. Sure, he gets the job done so that is why I am not giving him a one star, but it's not fair to homeowners to read overwhelming positive reviews and no critiques from real customers.

Overall a subpar experience and especially disappointing given the positive reviews for their repair work. I booked a one-time AC tune up on their website (the option for this has since disappeared). Jonathan was very knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time looking over things. However, when it came time to clean the outdoor unit (the primary reason I wanted the tune up) he said my water pressure was insufficient to clean the coils, and assured me he would be back the following week on his own time to complete the work. Alas, he never showed up and did not respond to multiple attempts to contact him. I emailed Revolution the following week and never got a response. It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t heard back from anyone at the company. Jonathan had suggested system improvements that I would have hired Revolution for had they not been unreliable and disinterested. Would avoid Revolution and go with someone more reliable and who makes good on their word.

Jonathan offers excellent service and customer service! He is truly a master of his craft and I work within the HVAC industry and cannot speak more highly of his service and expertise. He is honest, fair pricing and offers all solutions for you to consider. He shares his thoughts and perspectives to help you consider all options and what may be the most valuable option/solution and helps you understand not only short terms but long term benefits and options. We've finally found an A/C company we're happy to use! Jonathan was responsive and really helpful getting us scheduled ASAP. Mary, the tech that came out, was super communicative, professional, and efficient. On top of all that, she fixed everything the same day (within an hour) and didn't leave until she made sure it was all working. And it was a great price. Obviously, I don't want to ever have a broken system again, but if I do, I'll be happy to use them again!

Justin and a coworker serviced my AC for the first time, yesterday. They were very professional and respectful. They took very little time before diagnosing the issue. Also, I saved around 500.00. I had another company give me an estimate for 800.00+. I really like my new AC company. So family oriented. Thanks Justin for a job well done.

My other AC unit had an issue where it was not blowing as cool as it had been and condensation water was collecting in the pan where it normally just goes down the condensation pipe. Ronald opened the air handler and found that insulation from inside the coils had fallen onto the coils and was blocking airflow. He glued the insulation back in place. Instantly the AC was blowing 12 degrees cooler. Again, Ronald's experience led him directly to the problem and he fixed it within minutes.

Very good customer services and they were diligent about determining the issue.
