I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Ronald & his son go above & beyond for their costumers. I've never trusted an AC company more. They beat out all the other quotes we got for a new AC system by well over a couple grand & they stand by their work. We had to call out another company during the holidays but they insisted to come check that work after they opened again. Both are super friendly & everyone within the company that I've come in contact with is as well! Will definitely use them forever.

We recently had a new air condition and duct work installed in our 45+ yo home and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. They also had the added challenge of working around blown in insulation! The team was professional, punctual, and courteous, the crew-about 5-6 technicians-worked efficiently while keeping the work area spotless.

It is not often you find a company that delivers excellent service, quality workmanship and respect for your home all at once. Now I understand why a company that has been in business since 1951 and now owned and managed by the 3rd generation. If you are looking for a reliable HVAC service, Baker Jones AC is the way to go. I noticed a faint musty smell in the bedrooms that I just couldn't get rid of with candles. Ian performed an HVAC duct cleaning and found some old moisture-laden dust in the main ducts. He cleaned the whole system and used a professional sanitizer to neutralize the odor. He also performed an air duct cleaning service to ensure the air was fresh throughout the entire house. The smell is completely gone, and the bedrooms feel much cleaner and more comfortable. He was a very polite and thorough technician who did an excellent job.

Lea Thompson has been servicing my house for several years and I have been extremely happy with everything they've done. From replacing a brand new AC to maintenance work, their staff is very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable. And the service guys are great.
Ethan has been Working on my home the last couple of years and he is really awesome!

As a follow up, a week later Joe Salazar and his helper Ralph spent the day installing our new American Standard unit today. Both were kind and nice. They made sure they cleaned and protected everything they touched in our home. After the install, Joe walked me through all that was replaced and showed me the operating details. Both were fine examples of good service and caring people.
Very please with this company and its staff members!!

Joe Salazar and Rodolfo arrived this morning to replace my evaporator coil and plenum box and add a uv light in the plenum box. They were very polite, explained exactly the process for the job, worked efficiently, cleaned everything up perfectly, checked the reading on the refrigerant to make sure the system was cooling properly. They were the absolutely best install men I have ever worked with!! So nice, professional, and did a top rated job. I appreciate the job Terrance did yesterday in checking my system completely to determine why my unit was not cooling. Terrance always does an excellent job every time he comes to service the unit. Dustin the office manager called me on Sunday and talked me through what would take place on Tuesday and assured me that any questions I had to call him. He checked with me today to see how the install was going and was one of the very best office managers at a company that I’ve ever dealt with. Lee Thompson AC is the very best and most trustworthy company in Houston!!
