For such a large expense as a new HVAC system, it was very important for us to know we not overpaying, that everything would be installed correctly, and that we would be 100% with everything from start to finish. Found out my heater went bad during the ice storm and had Terrance come in to take a look same day.
He quickly figured out the issue. Provided pictures and an explanation of what he recommends. I appreciated the professionalism, friendliness and communication from both Terrance and Dustin his boss.

Adam arrived right on time. I had not met
him before, but even with all my detailed information about my AC/heating units he was very patience and went right to work in my attic to check out the 2 heating systems for the winter. He spent quite a while checking out both to make sure my home was ready to withstand the cold.

I scheduled a service maintenance call and the Lee Thompson Company sent me the name and a picture of the technician on the way that day. Adam was very curtious and helpful. He went above and beyond helping me learn about my very dirty filter and how to replace it. He took photos and explained things that were concerning to him. He then patiently answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them!

The installers — Joe, Rodolfo, and Billy — were equally impressive. They were quick, extremely thorough, and truly went above and beyond. So glad I chose The Lee Thompson Co.! Adam, my minisplit installer, arrive on time and was courteous to me and respectful of my home. Adam inspired confidence, not only with his knowledge of minisplit a/c units, but with his experience in maintaining the unit to ensure it's long life.
His "helper" Billy was also very professional. He worked side by side with Adam every step of the way and seemed genuinely interested in making sure everything was done correctly.
Adam and Billy cleaned up after themselves, taking away the old unit, but not before Adam went over every aspect of the minisplit operation, Billy listening intently like I was.
