Never thought I’d be smiling at handing over money for a thermostat that broke down unexpectedly, but I called the number on the unit, and it led me to Lee Thompson Co. Two years ago, I had spent a fortune hiring a company called Just in Time to install two brand-new HVAC systems. It turned out to be a rip-off— and later I found out that the units they installed were actually ICP brand but not Carrier. ICP is merely a partner brand of Carrier. One of the furnaces failed after just two years, and I decided not to trust that company again or spend any more money on their services.

So I called Lee Thompson, the Carrier/ICP factory authorized dealer, for help. Cristian Luna and his supervisor Robert did an outstanding job and got my furnace fixed! Special thanks to Cristian—he was extremely responsible and reliable. I’ve signed up for their maintenance plan and will continue using their services in the future. I highly recommend Lee Thompson!!!

I am so happy I decided to sign up for the maintenance plan with Lee Thompson Co. Since it was the winter months, I got my furnace maintenance completed by Ethan, the technician, and I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. Ethan was very knowledgeable, professional, and thoroughly explained all of his observations of my system and answered all of my questions. There was zero pressure for costly unnecessary services or add-ons, which unfortunately happens often with other companies. Ethan was completely honest about what requirements there were, and being able to trust my technician's recommendations is so important so I really appreciate that. Lastly, the cost for the recommended services were extremely reasonable and affordable.

Evan was respectful and appeared knowledgeable. He shared his findings with me and did not attempt to push unneeded repairs.

Adam was intelligent, competent, thorough, and a great guy to have as a tech. Since I have signed up for yearly maintenance, I would like to have him as my regular tech.
