We called and they came out that same day thankfully to help us figure out a problem that would have potentially turned into a bigger problem. They were very nice on the phone and understanding with my husband. They explained very well what was going on and what it was going to take to fix it and fixed it right there for us. I am so thankful and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone.

So my wife and I wound up with no power, as I write this, still… thanks a lot Beryl! Anyway, we had our brand new 13kw tri-fuel generator plugged in last night and everything was merry before we realized that our AC compressor was not kicking on and hence we had light but no cooling. This morning I decided to call Air Star Now after looking into “soft start kits” that supposedly lower the voltage requirement to kick start AC compressors that require high amounts of voltage to turn on, not necessarily to run. Well, I literally just learned all that like yesterday because not sure how I know so much now. Jared came out promptly at 330pm, assessed the situation, and was optimistic he could get the compressor to start up. He said he needed about 45 minutes to an hour and about 30 minutes in my wife and I felt the cool breeze fall upon us as we sat in the living room. My wife was super happy, but so was my English bulldog, Ghost 👻! Yup, he hates heat more than anyone I’ve ever met… and I don’t blame him. All three of us were super impressed that Jared made quick work of our problem and brought a little happiness back into our household. My AC is still running like a champ along with my generator, thanks to Jared and Air Start Now. I have already bragged about the company to several friends and we just met! I will continue doing business with Air Start Now, and highly recommend for quick and quality work AC solutions!

My ac stopped blowing cool air. I looked online and found this company and within minutes i had an appointment and a tech was here within an hour. It took him under 20 minutes to fix my issue. I was panicked not being able to sleep tonight as well as my 71 year old mother who has asthma. The tech was very thorough with what needed to be done and the services i was getting. I suggest you scrap any agreements with others, and go with ASN, get their standard maintenance plan, minimal charges upfront, and the best rates for everything needed, starting from day 1!

Great service & quality work.
We had an issue with A/C upstairs, other company said there may be an issue with the condenser and recommended changing it ( almost $3k ). The AC is only 2-3 years and I thought there is no way that we need to change the condenser already. We ended up tuning up the unit & refilled refrigerant, it worked again for 2 days, but the AC wasn't cooling again, but I didn't want to call the company again.
We found Air Star Now, and it was a great experience.
He was able to identify the issue & fixed it on spot. He was very honest and kind.
He also gave us some advice and recommendation that will be helpful in the future.
