Mike and Colin are quick to respond, pleasant, and fair. Last year he helped extremely quickly when my A/C blew in July--saved me from getting a hotel for a few days from the extreme Texas heat.

Mike’s team member was at my location within an hour during this crazy extreme heatwave weather. Colin was professional, honest and answered all my questions. He was able to do repairs on the spot and had me up and running again in no time!

Mike was very personable when I spoke to him on the phone and later by text. He was also very responsive to my needs and sent out a technician asap. Colin was equally personable and worked very efficiently with the equipment. He was also right on time. He always kept in mind the budget (or lack there of) that I have and was thorough in his assessment of my equiptment.

I was out of town and came home to a ac not working in the middle of the night with an indoor temperature of 91 degrees. I left a message on M-Squres voicemail requesting help. They called and came out first thing that morning. My ac, thanks to M-Square, was back working before noon. Service was excellent.

A year ago, M-Squared worked with me to replace and upgraded two AC units at my townhouse. They went above and beyond to put in the system and did an excellent job. Recently, I encountered a warranty issue and Mike (owner) worked with me to resolve the problem quickly and professionally.

Mike sent out KT who spent 8+ hours (working past 10 pm on a Friday night) to resolve the issue. He did an excellent job and wanted to make sure the work was done right. Mike covered the cost of the warranty repair and demonstrated that M-Squared stands behind their work. He made sure that I was well taken care of. I've had a great experience with M-Squared and definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

M-Squared Climate Control has serviced our PTAC unit in an active airbnb for several years. They are highly knowledgable about this particular kind of hotel unit. Wow! Talked to Mike to schedule my apt. He was super nice and very helpful. He was also able to have a tech out about an hour after I called. Collin came out and was Awesome to work with aswell. He was very knowledgable and explained everything prior to performing any work. He was done quickly and got us back up and running. All around great experience.

I contacted Michael at approximately 11:55am, letting him know that I thought the storm may have done something to my AC unit because the house was getting hotter not cooler. He asked for my availability and by 1:30pm an associate was at my home checking on the issue. By 2:45pm my house was cooling off. The quickness in which he addressed the issue, the politeness of the associate that was sent out, and the all around efficiency and professionalism of M - Squared Climate Control assured my family and I was never uncomfortable. Will definitely keep them on speed dial.

Our AC stopped cooling one afternoon while we were away from home. When we got home at 9:30pm it was 83 degrees inside. Our Son in Law was familiar with Mikes work from having used him to fix thier AC. He contacted Mike the next morning, on our behalf. Mike came the same day and fixed our AC while we were away from home. We never met Mike but certainly appreciated his dedication and professionalism when returned home to a cool home. We highly recommend Mike!

Great service from M squared. I set up the appointment with Mike to perform a tune up on our ac system. Colin came to the house a few days later and performed the tune up and let us know we were a little down on Freon and recommended a coil cleaning. He took care of both in an efficient and professional manner. The ac was running much better after they completed service. Would use again and highly recommend them for your hvac needs.

M Square Climate Control has been very pleasant to work with. They were very professional, protected my carpets during the installation process. I had a Goodman System installed and and is working as advertised. They handled all the registration paperwork and now I am a happy camper again. Thank you Mike and your crew.
