I've been using Mirtron for years for not just my home but my commercial projects as well. I can honestly say they are about an honest company as you can find, and in the contracting business it's a blessing. They never try to upsell you like most of these other guys and when they say something can't be fixed and needs to be replaced I know it's not bs. I've gotten to the point where I don't even have to get multiple bids on my commercial projects bc I know Mirtron will get me the most competitive price in the business. I start seeing water coming near AC vent. Called Mirtron AC as they have really good recommendations in Cypress Next Door App. Technician comes within few hours and he was so honest. Instead of telling us so many stories, he told us about a small leak and fix it immediately. I highly recommend them, specially in current situation, working with locals and neighbors is the smartest thing to do.

Excellent service. I had my AC inspected as I could tell it was struggling to cool my house. Found out the unit had been improperly sized from the previous home owner and was given recommendations. I had the chance to have all my questions answered as I was guided through this purchase. Investing my money with Mirtron A/C turned out to be the best choice for me when looking at who to work with. I’m glad I gave them my business and recommend them to everyone.

Today is the memorial day holiday, and my family and I returned to a 83 house temp! Mirtron is open for business and came extremely fast. The gentleman who assisted us was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The technicians made the repair within 30 minutes and my house is now cooling. This is the second time I have used Mirtron and I absolutely recommend them to anyone who has HVAC needs.

I must say anyone in the need of AC work done look no further! I called as a new customer very last minute and late in the evening because my AC was completely not working. Mirtron AC did not hesitate to send someone to our home. Times are tough and we were worried about cost, well we were more than grateful when we were given the total for everything. Not only are they reasonably priced, they gave me the lowest price possible. No other company came close to matching them. The service technician Ernesto arrived within 30 minutes of making the initial call! Ernesto was great! Not only was he honest his work was top notch, quick and he found and fixed the prior companies mistakes. Going forward I wouldn't call anyone other company! I got their reference from a relative of mine. They are prompt to respond, unfortunately, they do not provide thorough nor reliable services.

In April 2023, the AC was not working, and when I called them, they gave me the issue and the cost, which we resolved.
Again in April 2023, the AC was giving some more issues (making a loud noise), and when I called them, they found another issue, gave me the costs and got it resolved (blower wheel & motor needed to be replaced).
That was about $1300 in total.

In May 2024, the AC was not working, and when I called them, he said that the AC evaporator coil needed to be replaced because it was leaking. The cost was $2500 (cash) and it was replaced.

In July 2024, the AC stopped working AGAIN. When I called him, he said that the blower wheel & motor were bad (which he had replaced in April 2023). When I asked him to fix it for free, he said this was no longer in warranty and he did not give me a good explanation as to how and why these replacement products got bad in one year!! He said he will have to charge me again for parts & labor.

That was ridiculous and, as a paying customer, when I expressed my frustrations, he got mad and decided not to service me anymore.

I got really disappointed and let him know that I was going to write a negative review about his business dealings, and he said 'if that happened, he would take me to court'. HOW DARE HE!
I have been living in the USA for 30 years, and I know that what he just said was unprofessional, ridiculous and not customer oriented.

When I got a second opinion from another AC company, they said that the previous work that was done was shabby and not professionally installed, and the parts installed were after-market products, which was the reason the AC stopped working.

The new AC company later replaced the whole furnace with a brand new product with a 10 year warranty and the cost was $3000. The AC company also explained to me that it was necessary to get a brand new system, as it was 15 years old. He also understood my frustration and explained as to why the AC needed to be changed. Instead, he never recommended getting the parts replaced, because I would end up spending more money in the long run as the AC would break down due to incompatibility.

Through Mitron AC, I ended up spending $3800 for horrible service, unprofessional installation and cheap replacement products.
He never advised me to replace the AC, but instead replaced it with cheap parts anticipating to make more money when the AC broke down further.

I DO NOT recommend Mirtron AC to anyone and already talked to my relative to STOP referring Mirtron AC to his clients.

A very dissatisfied former customer

Both of my ACs broke down in the middle of Aug 2023 heat. Mirtron had done a good job for me many years ago. I called them and they responded quickly. Nusrat visited my home the same day, gave me a quote the next day and by the end of third day the work was all done. It wasn't trivial work, took three people almost the whole day to complete it.
In addition to the better-than-expected prompt response, they did a professional job and left the place clean.

I have been using Mirtron for the past year for both routine HVAC maintenance and major jobs. He has deep experience and integrity. His team has always provided exceptional service and pricing, and I have since recommended him to others.

I have using Mirtron AC service for many. I found them very punctual, honest and courteous. Mirtron’s rates are way better than their competitors. I never had any issues for last so many years with them. Previously I had used others but didn’t have a good experience. I am glad I found Mirtron through a recommendation. I will highly recommend Mirtron. Give them a chance and you will see the difference of quality of service for a right price.

It is extremely difficult to find someone who is transparent, especially when it comes to Auto Mechanics and A/C and Heating Technicians. However, I have now used Mirtron twice in the past 3 years, thanks to our substandard A/C Unit (story for another time), and each time I have found them to be extremely honest. The Evaporator Coil of our A/C broke each time and Mirtron could have easily filled the Freon without pointing and fixing the core issue to make an easy and quick buck, but they chose the ethical route. Mirtron pointed out the issue, helped utilize the available warranty (to reduce our costs) and ordered the part themselves. They then came and replaced the coil and filled in the Freon for a long lasting/durable solution. For the Cherry on the top, they also provide a 90-day, no questions asked, warranty of their work. I don't know about you, but I am sticking with them for all my A/C and Heating needs.

They replaced one unit for our residence. Very responsive. Did not feel any pressure to buy. Charged what was quoted. Owner is very respectful.

I was absolutely astonished with the service from the gentleman that came to fix my air conditioner. I’ve had problems with my AC since I’ve moved into this house and have never been fully satisfied with the way my air conditioner has worked.!! He came in and did an amazing job. He was extremely professional, very polite and explained to me in detail what he was doing so I wasn’t left in the dark. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND OWNER, DISHONEST AND CUTS ALL CORNERS, NO INTEGRITY. I called Mitron A/C for a simple quote to replace my ac. A tech was sent out and during the quote IN THE ATTIC HE STEPS ON MY PIPES AND BURST THE PIPE CAUSING WATER DAMAGE TO CEILING, ELECTRICAL ISSUES AND TECH HAS ME BEING PREGNANT AND MY 12 YR OLD SON HELPING HIM!!!! Owner comes to my location and from his mouth “ITS NO BIG DEAL WHY ARE YOU SO UPSET”????He then REFUSES to gives me his insurance to cover the repairs and hires some off the corner guy, who told me the MIRTRON owner PAID SO CHEAP FOR THIS REPAIR I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR. ALL THIS WHILE ITS HOLIDAYS AND HE IS OUT HUNTING HE REFUSED TO RESPSOND. I WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS COMPANY AND ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A QUOTE, IF A QUOTE ENDED THIS BAD I CAN JUST IMAGINE WHAT AN INSTALL WOULD BE LIKE, STAY AWAY!!!

had them come to fix a problem with my AC and they were able to quickly figure out the issue and get it fixed at a really great price! Guys are super friendly too! Def going to continue to be my HVAC people
