We called on a Sunday morning and Bill was out by noon. Super nice and gave us free advice! We will definitely use them in the near future for some additional repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend this company!

AC was not working couldn’t get no body to stop by and check it out. Called SugarLand AC &heating. Very responsive and came by and found the issue and fix my AC within 30 minutes and for a good price. Recommend to any one very professional .

I have really bad luck with this company. I’ve used them twice before. First time we were forgotten on the schedule, the manager and an assistant came out after 6 to check on the issue saying sorry for the mix up. One thing that rubbed me the wrong way was how they spoke to my husband even telling him “tranquilo” as he was explaining the issue with the thermostat, my husband is Hispanic. The second time I had a service no problem. The third time same as before, I had an email confirming my time. 3-5 time slot passed. I called the after hours number since it was after 5 and he said “let me check” and hung up on me. I did get a call from the main office and said I was not on the schedule. I read the email out loud to them and they offered to book me another day. I should not have tried again after the first time being late and telling my husband to calm down in Spanish when our heater was out and all day and he was just explaining the issue.

Bill and Joe with Sugar Land AC and Heating did an outstanding job with our Air Conditioner. After having a disastrous experience with another AC man we were very leery about letting someone else even have access to our unit. Both Joe and Bill explained everything that they were doing and we really felt at ease with both of them. I would highly recommend Sugar Land AC and we will be calling them for any future AC and Heating needs.

I called and asked if duct replacement was possible along with attic insulation – they did both the same day at a great price! I would recommend them for any HVAC improvement or repair project you have in mind.

I've used several home maintenance companies in years past for which I never felt comfortable with until now. I found Jim's advertisement on our neighborhood Nextdoor website. I decided to give his company a try, and found that Jim was honest and upfront w/his service. He did not try to sale me stuff I didn't need. If you are looking for a great person and a new AC and Heating Company - please give them a call.

Where do I begin ? I have used this company both for my home and my business. I have had issues in the past with service companies repairing and replacing more than necessary just to inflate the cost of repair. Sugarland A/C has actually came out to service and in a situation where they could have upsold and charged a great deal more that I was completely ready to pay they instead went over several lower cost options which in the end my unit was repaired to almost like new condition and he walked away with 50% less money than he could have. But he also walked away with my trust. I will never use another A/C company as long as Bill is in business and if you give them a chance to show you how much they care you are going to be making that same statement !

2021 - Coil was replaced due to leak, but the condenser was broken the next day, even when the tech told me the condenser was ok. Had to replace condenser and at the end of the job the owner was practically writing his own review on my phone, who is doing the review you or the customer? Also, before placing your stickers everywhere maybe ask the owner their permission? Maintenence was promised on the other ac unit but nobody came to do it the next year...

They are prompt in answer calls and coming in on time though.

I want to thank Bill and Joe for the professional service they provided for us. We needed our furnace replaced it was replaced within a 24hr period. They were at our home the time that was promised. We appreciate their efficiency, honesty and integrity in completing the job even after encountering issues that were not related to the furnace.

I had a long ongoing issue with my home office being unbearably hot. Bill was able to locate the issue with the ductwork. Re positioned in incorrectly installed ducts , change the vents which greatly improved the airflow and cooled the the office and the rest of the home.
Great price also.

Every summer we had issues with our AC but we were really afraid of the cost and finding a trusting company. When read the reviews for Sugar Land AC and talked to Bill I felt like I could trust him. I was not expecting to pay so much but when he finish the job I realized he went above and beyond to make sure every single dollar spent was worth it. The air in our house feels clean, fresh and cool and I think that is priceless. I will definitely keep calling Sugar Land AC and Heating for maintenance on our new system.

R22 ac needed freon a lot of other AC companies in the area could not assist. Sugar Land AC and Heating however was able to assist and came over right away when I advised I had a senior mother who and just returned home from the hospital and the ac was out in the house. I would highly recommend Bill. Pricing is very reasonable

My Heater broke down this morning and Bill came out to my house within an hour after I called him and had it fixed. I highly recommend them! Service with a smile! Don't get ripped off when your AC or Heater breaks down call Sugar Land AC and Heating for quality work!

Bill is great! He was very honest and hassle free unlike our home warranty. Bill was able to come to our house right away and fix our Ac that same day.

A/C went down on a Saturday morning. Called and the owner and crew were out within an hour. Had the unit repaired quickly and for a very fair price. Went above and beyond to get us taken care of and back out if the 98 degree heat. Great service.

My ac unit had went out before this Houston weather here start to get hot and humid. I looked them up online and notice that they had great reviews. I am so glad that I contacted them and Bill the owner is so cool that he also explains everything in detailed he educates you on ac units. I am glad that we got it done before our baby arrived.
