I've tried to get my air fixed for a year through my home warranty company with no success. Covair Aircare stepped up to the plate and we are now freezing out in our house in July within a week. They installed our entire system in less than half a day. Affordable, fast, clean, efficient and friendly! Thank you!!!

I asked a Facebook group for recommendations of a good A/C repair company in the wee hours of the morning this morning on a Saturday. The owner, Pablo responded and I called him. He was out to the home within 35 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem within 1.5 hours. I highly recommend Covar Aircare.
FYI: I have a contract with an existing A/C company who I called last night for emergency repair. I could not get through to their emergency technician. We called twice last night and this morning and left messages. An A/C company is only as good as their response to emergencies. Nobody needs an A/C company when everything is going well. Covar Aircare responded amazingly! Well done Pablo and team!

COVAR Air Care came out to service our A/C, which hadn’t been cooling off in the BDRM. Within just a few minutes, Pablo Jr. came out and showed us pictures of what our old A/C looked like. It was on its’ last leg! They quoted us a price and within a day (literally), they were here (all the guys so nice and so respectful), and changed it out completely; the outside unit, inside unit and duct work! We couldn’t be happier with them! If you have a need, PLEASE use these guys! I highly recommend them!!

I am updating my post about Covar Aircare. The owner called me regarding my previous rating of one star. Raul Lopez, AC technician came and explained what he would do as far as tune up of my second AC unit. He cleaned my outside compressor and inspected my attic unit. Overall, I am satisfied with the work done. Raul was polite and provided explanation of his work.

The person I spoke with over the phone was very rude when I mentioned I was just trying to get estimates. Charging $300 just for diagnostics doesn’t make sense to me. I understand that it’s a holiday, or they are fully booked due to busy summer season when everyone’s ac units are going out , but that shouldn’t give anyone the right to overcharge or take advantage of people’s situations. I would give it 0 star if possible.

Great experience with Pablo, he resolved our issue by taking his time and explaining each of the issues we were having with our A/C units. With this Texas heat we needed some much needed maintenance and I'm so glad we found them before any other technicians. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.
