It’s amazing the peace of mind a brand new whole house system will give you. Not to mention when the company providing the equipment and services are “good people”. So happy with this thing I could squeal!!! Thank you COVAR AIRCARE! If you need HVAC service or replacement call them.

These dudes were fast. I called them up like at 8 am on a Thursday last week and they showed up at my house within the hour. Figured out the problem and then it was a wait for parts. 5 days later my ac is running again. I would definitely recommend them

Pablo Jr. came out about our problem. The pan overfllled cause some water damage. When he arrived I told him the AC is cooling on the high side and the coils were replaced about a year ago. After a few hours and 375 bucks later, he determined the coils had a small leak. So after paying 2,200 my issue wasnt resolved even after he said it cooling correctly now. I came home and it was still cooling on the high side. We called back that night and got a returned call Friday. Pablo Sr. Stated the original call was about a drip pan overflow. Told him yes, but I also told his son when he came out during the 1st visit. Told me he would call me back Friday, I got nothing until I called around 1545, he stated he was busy and possibly call or come by Saturday. Of course nothing from him. I called Monday afternoon left a message. Still nothing by Tuesday. So 2,700 dollars later and I have the same issue and nothing from them. Cowards, cant even man up and tell someone they weren't getting back with the customer. This place dishonest and have no integrity.

Update: they only reached out after this comment was on FB, now they blocked me. I have cameras and texts to prove they are lying about everything.

I had called three appliance repairman that came that said they didn't work on it it was an electrician's job I called three electricians they said it was an appliance man's job I called Covar aircare spoke with Pablo you sent one of his best men out Cody evaluated the three phase motor converter had gone bad ordered me another one got it in replaced old. we're back in business no hiccups no excuses no sideways talk blunt straightforward good people to work with. The savings that we got through them was way cheaper than any other quote that I had. Hands down best electrical HVAC crew in Texas.

Luis is a professional who takes time to explain to you the necessary work that needs to be done and how it will affect you. He was professional, on time, and thorough. Our building now maintains perfect temperature and is highly efficient compared to the old unit. I would highly recommend this company.

Would absolutely recommend!!! Luis came out to our home and was so knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. We have had other technicians from other businesses come to our house and no one else was able to find our second A/C unit. Luis was diligent and thorough so was able to find it and fix our issue. He and his team were fast, cleaned up any mess they made when doing the repair and educated us on what we need to do for A/C maintenance. Best A/C service experience ever!

Louii's AC replaced our almost 30 year old system in our 1946 house. I called 4 or so contractors to compare pricing and theirs was by far the best for the same products. They were punctual, friendly, and great at communication, I would recommend them to friends/family/anyone looking for HVAC repair or replacement.
