Woke up this morning to our AC not working. Cleveland Air came out right away.

Steve Thoroughly explained the issues and cost up front to repair. Very professional and pricing seemed great! He was in and out in a few hours and our air has never run so well! We will refer them to everyone.

Cleveland Air Comfort installed a furnace and air-conditioner at my house last week. The guys did a fabulous job.

Because it is such a big job it is a two day process. After day one I saw something that I wanted them to change. I admit, I was being a bit picky. I went down the morning of the second day to tell the tech and he already changed it. He said it was bugging him too and he just handled it.

I would definitely use them again.

We've used Cleveland Air Comfort for at least 25 years. They're very reliable, and they know their stuff. When things go wrong at the worst possible time (which always happens, doesn't it?) they show up promptly and you know things will be done right. Highly recommend!

The review from the customer “E Rep” is the terminated employee himself trying to diminish Cleveland Air Comfort Corp. in retaliation of the company doing what was necessary to get rid of an insubordinate employee. Please do not use the given review as any sort of reference to who Cleveland Air is as a company. That being said, Cleveland Air has done what was necessary to contain their professional manner as a reputable company and should not be overlooked because of a crass review by a former employee. Lastly as you can see by the childish review, the former employee Ed was rightfully terminated by Cleveland Air Comfort to continue to hold its status on the professional and mature service provided by the currently employed technicians within the company. Cleveland Air Comfort has been servicing our Lennox HVAC units for the past 19 years. They are easy to do business with and when any of the units are malfunctioning, they usually will have a technician at the house the same day to come up with a solution. After our semi-annual inspection a few months ago, the serviceman said that we finally had to replace one of our central air units that cooled our master bedroom. Though the refrigerant was leaking out, he was able to patch it together and keep it going so we could sleep at night until a replacement unit could be ordered and installed. As always, they did the job professionally and cost effectively getting it in. One other great thing about Cleveland Air Comfort. I have a humidity controlled air cooler for my wine cellar. Several years ago it stopped working. Even though they normally did not service this brand, their repairman called the manufacturer and working with their engineer was able to diagnose the problem and fix the unit. The $300 for parts and labor saved me about $2000 to replace it!!!

Cleveland Air Comfort have been coming to our home twice a year for the last 12 years. I feel safe knowing they take care of potential problems before the problem creates major issues. We have the same service tech and that is comforting also not having someone different each visit. They are professional and caring. Would not use anyone else for this service.

I had a strange leak from the base of my water heater. The repair crew found the problem fast and replaced the necessary part. The unit’s working again, and they even gave me maintenance tips.
