I don't recommend this company. The quality of their AC units are not good and the customer service is poor. Our unit broke down within 6 months of purchase. Manténgase alejado de esta empresa!

Gave the tech that installed my mini split a call for some advice on my lagging ac. (My central ac not the mini split he installed). He gave me the advice and believe it or not, but my Central AC was up and running in a couple of hours. I was so surprised to come across such a helpful company. It's not the easiest task to get someone to help you over the phone on a product they didn't instal to begin with. This showed me that they are truly a caring company. 10/10 would recommend 👍🏼

The mini split has truly made a difference and I’m so thankful I decided to get it installed. Customer Service, Quality of Work and Price was amazing. I would recommend their service to anyone looking to overcome this extreme heat in Houston.

I was having an issue with my mini split not cooling. I texted this company around lunchtime asking if they worked on mini splits not installed by them, they responded quickly and asked for more details including pictures of the tag so they could know what model they would have to work on. They confirmed that they could check it out and they were at my house within the hour. They cleaned it for me and charged it with refrigerant since the other person I had install it didn’t tighten one of the connections. The whole time they worked on it I was asking Jose questions and he was very informative. I appreciate the fast service and education on maintenance for the mini split. I would 100% recommend this company and will be using them for my home AC as well.

Jose and his team came out to replace a 3 year old Minisplit that gave out on me in my wood shop. The previous installer did a good job but Jose and his team’s install job was a lot more detailed and nicely done. Overall the communication was great and informative. It was clear Jose was knowledgeable in HVAC as a whole where other “companines” simply could not answer basic questions. Jose and his team were punctual, friendly, and detailed with the install process. It was an overall great experience. I’m planning on having him come service my home hvac system for yearly maintenance in the next few weeks. If you’re in the market for a Minisplit, this is your place.

Update:
Jose was only pleasant at the initial point of sale and install. I reached out to have my home AC serviced and he made excuses and never came saying I was too far. Funny how I wasn’t too far when he did a Minisplit install. I also reached out for warranty work on my Minisplit as it failed within the warranty period. Again, he flaked and made excuses telling me he could not drive out to warranty it due to gas prices being too high. I offered to pay his gas and he “wrote” me down in his appointment book and from there I never heard from him again. I definitely would not entertain the idea of doing business with him or his company again. Talked a good game but no follow through. Womp womp womp.

Just want to say that these guys know what they’re doing! They were very professional and were able to diagnose my issue and set me up with an entire new system, which was Properly installed and now is running smoother than ever. They were very punctual and communication was great. Also dual language! Absolutely recommend to anyone who needs help with mini split installation ,maintenance, Diagnostics!

After several phone calls to other companies about a mini-split install, I came across Jose. He asked the right questions to my quote which was something I was not getting from others. He pays attention to the details of the job which made it go very well.
