2nd review: I was so impressed by their expertise, I had them come over to install a soft start for my air conditioner. Again, they were quick and professional. They followed up a couple days later just to make sure everything was ok. Eddie runs a great team and I wouldn’t have anyone else touch my AC. They are that good!

First review: These guys are my go to Air Condition service team. This is the 2nd time I asked them over. The first time, they literally saved me 10k. Another company told me I needed a new HVAC system. Residential AC came over for a 2nd opinion. The tech connected one wire and everything was good to go! Awesome.

Absolutely a god send! Jose, Eddie and team saved me 10000 dollars, that another person quoted me. They fixed my overflow pan in record time, serviced my unit. Checked on my unit a few days later to find one more minor issue and did not charge me for that repair. They are professional, thoughtful and care about you as a customer. Which means a lot as a single lady who had no knowledge of a/c units, they also spent the time to show me and explain to me every detail. They are my go to forever!

This is the first time I tried Big Texas Comfort. I was looking for a new a/c company since I had become unhappy with my previous one. So glad I found them! Technician David came out the same day (even though I told them it wasn't an emergency). It took him two days (close to 3 hours total) to diagnose the problem because it started raining the first day, but he only charged me for the repair. He also gave me two repair options, including one that was half as expensive. No pressure to buy a new system (like the previous company I had been using). Very honest, and I was surprised at how little he charge me.

The installation of this company's air conditioning system has surpassed my expectations. The technician, Sady, did a fantastic job making sure that everything was put correctly and quickly. Bob, the customer service agent, was aware and supportive during the process.

Had serval companies come out and bid my project. I got some silly numbers and some you are joking with me numbers. Bob came to the house and mopped the floor with his competition. From the information he provided, dispelling of previous myths provided to me, and then in his bid price. Luckily his bid and another bid was for the same product, so I got to compare apples to apples. Big Comfort Texas saved us 7K for the same exact unit, duct work, and install. One reason I called them to bid my project was because of review talking about pain in the butt duct replacement, I knew my downstairs runs were going to be just that.

His crew were not only on time, they came early the day of install. I appreciated this. While working, they continuously cleaned up a mess if it was made and when they finished my house was left as they found. If I had any questions, his crew had answers without having to point to another guy or making a call.

I hardly ever do recommendations because if I do suggest a service company to a friend and their experience isn't what I got then it makes me look bad. I have already passed out Big Texas Comfort's information to three folks. Nobody is happy about dropping thousands of dollars on an AC unit, but Bob and the Big Texas Comfort crew made the experience way less painful. It was amazing experience and went so much smoother than I could ever have expected.
