Excellent Customer Service - The Technician the "EXTRA MILE" to insure the A/C was cooling properly. 5+STARS

6lbs of 410 Freon was charged $500. This company does nothing but price gouge you. In my opinion stay away.

I gouged for a simple service call under warranty, it ended up costing me several hundred dollars. I told them where to shove the next time I needed service.

We use ARS after Harvey , they complely redid all our AC. We moved back in almost a year after the AC work was done , AND when we had a problem they took care of it ,even out of date ,due to us not being home and having it on during that time. They went above and beyond to help us ,brought us extra air filters , and checked up with us regularly. Even sent us cookies. I am beside myself with the way they treated us ,and am humbled. Ron was assigned to us and was very thorough, helpful and informative. Again, thanks ARS , we are so grateful.
