I had this company service an old unit last year. They did a great job however I felt due to the age it was time to replace my old unit so I hired Big Texas Comfort who gave me a fair offer and installed a new American Standard Unit. I recently had them update my thermostat and again they did a very good job. This is a reputable company that services what they sell and stands behind their work and products. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an old unit serviced or replaced.

I replaced both my AC units and heaters in my house. I had 8 different air conditioning companies come out to my house to explain what I needed, and how much the service would be. Bob was the most knowledgeable and patient person that I met. Not only did he explain things in detail, but he was kind and generous with his time. He offered a great price, and I believe him to be a nice christian man. I would recommend Bob for all of your air conditioning and heating needs. I will stress again, he was the most patient and caring person I've ever met in this business. The installation team was efficient, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. I'm happy with Big Texas Comfort's excellent service, and my new air conditioner is doing flawlessly.

Bob and crew did a great job replacing all three of our HVAC systems inside and out for the lowest price of the three bids we received. Having the company owner overseeing the entire job is somewhat unusual these days and gave me peace of mind that the work was done right.

These guys are the best. They came long after hours and set up a workaround that got me AC overnight until they could get it fixed the next day. I could not recommend them more and we plan to use them for any AC needs moving forward.

Our technician was very professional. I felt bad I had him climbing over stuff to get to the attic, but he was a good sport about it. He helped us figure out that we had an electrical issue so we were able to call the right people and get it fixed.

I called a number of AC companies trying to get a price estimate for the lowest option. Only Bob told me the price over the phone. He also had the lowest cost out of the numerous companies I contacted. They were able to install a new furnace and coils the next day.

I have used big Texas comfort for a number of years now. They're always extremely responsive. My air conditioning went out in the evening and they had somebody out there the next morning to take a look at it. They're always honest and fair. They're not trying to upsell anything so I highly recommend these folks

I've been struggling with some issues in my home and Bob came out and helped me troubleshoot where they may be coming from. I then had maintenance care done and addressed the humidity issue I'm having, and I'm so grateful to finally have some answers!

My A/C went out in the afternoon, and they were able to send a tech the same day.

David was knowledgeable, polite, and honest. My capacitor had gone out for the second time since it was replaced a year ago by a different company. They shouldn't go out that quickly, so David also checked the contactor switch to see if that was causing the capacitor to go bad.

I asked him to check another concern, and he told me nothing was needed for that. Some people would happily just charge me for a service that isn't needed just because I asked about it. I appreciate that he didn't take advantage, and I'll be requesting him if I need someone out again in the future.
