Was referred to I&J AC by several neighbors and was not disappointed. Ivan was able to come out the very next day and check the AC in our office. We thought it was a clogged line, but Ivan was honest and took several pictures for us. Ended up not being an AC issue, but appreciate the honesty and overall great customer service from Ivan himself and the office rep who helped take payment over the phone. If I ever need AC repair I will call I & J AC & Heating.

The AC went out all of a sudden. I received a referral from a coworker to contact Ivan. He answered the phone and everything went great from there. His day was full but he was still able to send a worker out so my tenant wasn’t burning up in this TX heat. There were more issues than I knew of and more than I wanted to pay for, but Ivan was open, honest and very clear in his communication. He sent pictures and broke everything down, and assured me he was taking care of things the way they should be. The next day he can out himself to finish the job. I could not ask for better service than that. In the times we live in, it is very hard to find GREAT customer service. Thank you Ivan and team for everything! We really appreciate it :-)

I &J Air Conditioning is amazing! I came home from vacation on Wednesday night to find that my AC had gone out at my house and it was 87 degrees. I called Ivan Thursday morning and told him about my situation. He immediately said that he would take care of me! He sent a tech over to get specifics of exactly what was wrong and what parts were needed to get our AC working properly. By 6 pm Ivan and Juan were at my house with the required parts to get my AC fixed. At 11 pm they were still at my house working hard to get the coil replaced and the unit working effectively. Despite the late hour, they stayed at the house to make sure that all was operating it should and cooling the house.

I have used another company for over 20 years to set my units and to perform any repairs needed. I have been loyal to them in the past but Ivan and I &J Air Conditioning surpassed any service I’ve experienced before have earned my loyalty going forward.
